Great location, well maintained property, very secure!

This condo was lovely and meticulously maintained. The overall condo complex is also beautifully landscaped, with a wide variety of flowers, tropical plants, and trees. The air conditioning works well when the breezes off the ocean aren’t enough, and the in-unit washer and dryer was very convenient. 10/10 would stay were

Had a great stay. Owner is very responsive to any questions or issues. Condo is as described and in a great location. Grounds are beautiful and you are on the beach. Will stay here when I come back to Kauai.

This was such an amazing location! The moment you walk in you are met with a gorgeous view of the water and the pristine property! You are so close to a beautiful beach, pool, shops and restaurants. The condo is beautiful and being in a gated community has the added feeling of seclusion. We could have done so much more to explore the island but found ourselves so content with our surroundings a lot of times we just wanted to stay in and relax and play in the water. The owner was very attentive to any questions and we would love to come back again!

Great location property was extremely well maintained and beautiful

The location is central to the island and many things close by. The view is exquisite and the sound of surf was pleasantly constant. The ocean was right there, only steps away. An extremely nice rental. While you have to be able to carry your bags up three flights, you have no people above you that can sometimes sound like elephants walking around.

Very nice condo on a beautiful property. Condo was very clean with comfortable bed and linens. Dining and living area were perfect for the two of us. We did some cooking and the kitchen was pretty well stocked. Grills down below were a bonus. Loved having the additional half bath! A/C was definitely a bonus as it was a bit humid. Balcony with an amazing view of the ocean as well as nicely manicured grounds. Perfect place to enjoy a beverage and a bite to eat! The property itself is clean and beautiful… quiet and peaceful . Location we thought, was absolutely the perfect with everything being fairly close by. The island is stunning and a true dream! We spent our 30th anniversary here and wouldn’t change a thing!

Our unit was perfect! Exactly as described. The view of the ocean was amazing. Such a bonus to have a/c. Would highly recommend this unit for couples.

We had the best stay at this beautiful condo. Perfect location for exploring the island. It is clean, comfortable & well equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs, beach towels and small ice chest. The lanai was our favorite spot to look out at the beach and lovely grounds and listen to the surf. This place is amazing!!!!

Everything is just as described. Clean, comfortable condo with a lovely view in a quiet complex with lush landscaping. Would definitely stay here again. Kapa’a is the perfect place to stay on Kauai. Lots to do within walking distance or a very short drive, and its central location is an hour or less from just about anywhere.

We recently stayed 8 nights celebrating our 30th anniversary. This property was exceptional! It was clean, comfortable, quiet, beautifully decorated and well-stocked, and the view is incredible! The grounds are very pretty with beautiful plants and flowers and there are tiki torches at night. The host was easy to work with and very responsive. We loved being able to walk to Lava Lava Beach Club for great food and appreciated that they are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We ate at several other places, but it was nice to have the convenience of Lava Lava. The Coconut Marketplace is also an easy walk and the Island Country Market/ABC store there had just about everything we needed for simple groceries. Having a washer and dryer and full-unit AC were huge benefits. The property is gated and we felt very safe. The location was wonderful. We were able to easily travel North and South to explore other parts of the island. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We came to enjoy our 40th anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed our week! The property is quiet and well comfortable. The views were amazing and there is a very nice beach area and pool option. Walkable to lots of activities and food.

It is a fantastic location - with sunrise walks, a local farmers market, and evening get-togethers with friends staying close by. The floor plan allows optimal ocean views.

Location is perfect lava lava next door was great went to live music daily. food is very good there. The property is very nice well maintained our room was very nice everything worked

This gated community & this condo in particular was very comfortable, beautifully decorated with not only the furnishings but the tableware too. Ice maker was a plus. Having your own washer & dryer was also a plus. Loved the air conditioner too although having the lanai screen open allowed you to enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Communication with owner was top notch. The view from the lanai was breathtaking & the location of this complex was perfect to the Coconut Market Place & other locations. We really enjoyed our short stay!

Our new favorite vaca spot! We fell in love with Lae Nani. Our condo was awesome with amazing views, and the host was very easy to communicate with and available for small issues or questions. We will definitely return!

This condo was a perfect size for us. The kitchen had all that we needed and it’s nice to have a washer & dryer. The best part is the view! We liked being so close to the pool and able to walk to nearby restaurants. We hope to return to this exact property again.

This property is lovely! The 3rd floor lanai provides a gorgeous view of the coastline, beach and well manicured grounds 24/7 (yes...at night the grounds are lit by tiki torches). The property has everything you need for fun...beach chairs, towels, pool float, umbrella for beach time and a pool and BBQ for staying on the property. Lae Nani is a great location for reaching all the Kauai sights in less than an hour. We loved the short walk to Lava Lava for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner and the easy walking path to Coconut Market Place! My husband and I would definitely stay here again :)

Excellent time

I cannot say enough good things about this place. We stayed for a week, and loved every minute of it. The view was amazing, I sat on the deck and had coffee every morning watching the waves while my husband ran the bike path along the water. There is a small market within walking distance at Coconut Market Place, a brewery at the top of the street and your next door to Lava Lava Beach club. We would head out for the day to the beach and around the island, then end our day at the pool, which when we went was never busy. We are hoping to get back to Kauai some day, and will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was exceptional! This location is absolutely perfect. The condo was beautiful with tremendous views and the grounds were immaculately maintained. We plan to return here again next year:)

If I could give this property a 10 star rating, I definitely would. This condo was absolutely beautiful! It was so clean and decorated so nicely,wow! The kitchen and closets were very well stocked with everything we needed. Our favorite part was our incredible view every day. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio, and we loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean every night. Communication with our host was super easy, we always received quick responses. We highly recommend this condo and we would love to stay here again! Thank you for the yummy chocolates.

Just as pictured. The dark floors set off the white walls and blue, blue of the sea. 3rd floor, no elevator but what a reward when you get there! Would we return? Absolutely!

Our family vacation stay in The Blue Hawaii unit & in The Turtle Suite was nothing short of magical. Lae Nani is truly is the best property on the east side of the island, offering a perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and tranquility. We rented 2 units from Joshua and he was simply the best, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The art, amenities and the location were all perfect for our family. Everyone felt special. Blue Hawaii was the upstairs getaway from the kids and all were so happy with the comfortable beds and large televisions that were used to watch specific baseball games & golf matches. These Lae Nani properties are a timeless treasure. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the stunning ocean views, immaculate grounds, and the relaxed atmosphere. The unit itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of our trip was just swimming in the ocean steps from our unit. The water was perfect, and we couldn't help but feel like we were in the movie *Cocoon*. Each swim left us feeling happier, rejuvenated, and somehow younger. It's truly a special place where the magic of the ocean works wonders on the soul. If you're looking for a slice of paradise with the best owner and the most perfect ocean water, the Lae Nani properties of Blue Hawaii & The Turtle Suite are the place to be!

Perfect location. Wonderful ocean-front view. Beautiful, well appointed accommodations, and very nice property. Exactly as described online. Great and responsive communication with the host. The AC was a huge feature, especially during the hot/humid week we were there. Highly recommended.

My husband and I celebrated our 30th anniversary in Kauai. The condo was perfect, so clean and AMAZING view! We loved spending the morning enjoying coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean and enjoying the beautiful landscaping. We definitely will be back. If we had questions Joshua was quick to answer, very helpful. Absolutely loved our stay here!

Lovely property with incredible ocean views. Host was quickly responsive to questions. Appreciate that the condo was not filled with Hawaiian knickknacks like ceramic mermaids or glass turtles! Open space, very clean, very comfortable.

Beautiful ... right on the ocean ... swimmable beach ... great pool to swim and chill after the waves ... Very comfortable living area ... everything we needed Perfectly located near shopping, restaurants, etc Very clean and well maintained ... hosts were very good ... made our stay in Kauai feel like home ... but with alot more natural beauty and adventures!

Highly recommend this unit at Lae Nani. It's on the 3rd floor, so you do need to walk up stairs, but you are rewarded with the best views of the beach and ocean, being on the top level. This is the first time we've found a unit with central A/C and in-unit washer/dryer. We didn't plan to do laundry, but it was really helpful for drying pool/beach towels and wet swim suits. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary with this trip. This was our first time traveling to Kauai and we chose this condo due to it’s beautiful grounds and views of the coastline. The location was perfect for exploring the island as its central location allowed for easy day trips to the north or south shores. The Coconut Marketplace with shops and restaurants is easy walking distance from the condo and the very popular Lava Lava Beach Club restaurant is just steps down the beach. The host was great to work with and very responsive. We requested a late check out due to our flight being a late evening flight and they were very flexible to allow this. Only downfall for some could be lack of an elevator.

This condo and the grounds were amazing!!! We have stayed in Maui for the last 12 years and we found Kauai so beautiful. I was in Kauai 40 years ago. Best condo that we have ever stayed in!!! Super clean and well stocked!!! Also, I’m a pool snob, this pool was awesome!!!
