Aloha and welcome to our home at The Palms at Wailea. The ocean view will take your breath away the minute you step inside. But it's the condo renovation and our commitment to our guests that will keep you coming back.
Our remodeled unit has beautiful floors, plenty of cabinets, strong shower heads, comfortable beds, and many personal touches that will enhance your stay with us. We have tile counters in each bathroom, granite in the kitchen and stainless steel appliances for your use. There are ceiling fans and air conditioning in every room and tropical decor as well.
No pets allowed. The complex is non-smoking.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the conveniences you might want. From toaster to coffee maker, blender to rice cooker, and even a fresh spice rack, we've tried to think of everything. As with all units at The Palms, this condo has a pass-through window from the kitchen to the lanai. The 200 square foot lanai has a dining table with four chairs and a double chaise lounge with cushion, so you can enjoy your dinners comfortably while watching the sunset! There are several community barbecues on property that are available for your use.
The condo has a king-size bed in the master bedroom and the large en suite bathroom has gorgeous glass block enclosing the rain shower. Although there are two twins in the second bedroom, with an additional full bathroom, this bedroom sits opposite the living room, has sliding shutter doors, and is not completely noise free. For that reason, this condo is best suited for 2 adults. There is a full-size washer/dryer in between the twin bedroom and bath area.
The condo is best suited for 2 people, and is perfect for your annual trip to Maui, a romantic getaway, temporary housing while working on Maui, or a couple of friends just wanting some relaxation.
Our 1194 square foot, second floor unit has a full ocean view, with incredible views of the west Maui mountains, Lanai, Kahoolawe, and Molokini. You can drive to many sandy beaches in mere minutes, walk to Keawakapu beach in 10 minutes, or relax in the resort's pool and spa.
Pack light when you stay here, as we supply you with beach towels, chairs and a cooler. We've also ensured that you will have all your paper goods and laundry soap for your entire trip.
When you come to Maui, we know that you probably won't totally unplug, so we have three flat screen smart TV's. We've also installed high speed WiFi for your convenience!!!
The grounds of the complex are gorgeous, and we are lucky to have a plumeria tree right at the foot of our stairs. We welcome you to come over, relax and enjoy our tropical island paradise!
You can book with confidence when you stay in our condo, as we've been owners on Maui for 24 years and maintain personal contact with all of our guests.

What an amazing time we had ataying in your unit. It far exceeded our expectations. From the moment we opened the door that first day, we felt like we were in our own home. It was decodated perfect, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was organized and had everything we needed to cook meals and the view was stunning of the sunset and the ocean. We would definitely recommend to othera and when we visit again,we will book with you.
We had a wonderful stay at this well appointed condo. Jill and Brian supplied many extras so that shopping was easy. The location is near a great beach, grocery and deli store and is a quiet location. BBQ on the deck and fully supplied kitchen made eating in very easy. Watching the sunset each night was a bonus. Booking again next year!

An older, well maintained complex, just south of Kihei. Accessible to almost everything, restaurants, great beaches, shopping. A quieter area, good walking opportunities. Our unit was well stocked and clean, bright, with a lovely view!
Great location with beautiful views. Condo was in excellent condition with very tasteful furnishings. The three Wailea golf courses were extremely close and convenient!
Jill and Brian are incredibly friendly, and they have a beautiful, well-stocked property. For example, my drone got sand in it at the beach and was broken. I needed rubbing alcohol and thought I’d need to go to the store. Nope! They even had rubbing alcohol stocked which saved the day! They really take care of their property and you can tell when you first walk in. It was a perfect honeymoon, and I am very grateful that I selected this property for our stay in Maui. Thank you!
This condo provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Although the entire condo was well taken care of and had upscale finishes, our favorite part was the view from lanai of the West Maui hills and the ocean. The restaurants of Kihei must hate places like this. Instead of eating out, most evenings we preferred to fix up a poke bowl and stay on the lanai to watch the sun go down and the stars come out. Also, the owner was pro-active and responded quickly to my questions. We will definitely try to stay here again.
Coming to Maui itself is an absolute treat, but something that truly made our trip incredible was Jill and Brian’s condo! Not only is beautifully updated and well designed, it has LITERALLY EVERYTHING. Each moment I wondered aloud if something was in the condo, it WAS! Kitchen utensils I don’t even have in my own (very nice and well-equipped) kitchen, snacks, toiletries; it was like being in a 5-star resort where the concierge provided anything you could think of, and it was all JUST THERE! The location of the unit inside The Palms is absolutely perfect as well, situated toward the edge of the property, maximizing views from the West Maui Mountains all the way to Molokini and Kahoolawe. The lanai features a covered area for dining (as well as an uncovered area for laying out or enjoying the sun), and I often found myself out there with a glass of wine just staring at the view. Communication with Jill prior to arriving was perfect, and she also included so many different resources for the unit as well as some local recommendations, which was appreciated. Checking in and out was as breezy as the trade winds, and we experienced no issues. The worst and only bad part about staying in the unit was that we had to leave it, but I can find solace in the fact that I can return, and I cannot wait to do so!
Very nice 2 bedroom condo in the palms. Excellent location, walking distance to the shops and very close to the beach. 2nd bedroom was not available for use however although this was not a problem for us. Jill was easy to communicate with and very nice to work with. Would definitely stay here again.
