Olu’olu is remodeled, beautiful and relaxing. Your first view from the living room lanai, across the Wailea Blue Golf Course, to the ocean and islands of Molokini and Kaho'olawe, will take your breath away.
Location and luxury combine to make this Wailea Ekolu condo a perfect home away from home. Only minutes from some of Maui’s best beaches, high-end shopping, popular restaurants and world renowned golf courses. This gorgeous condo is well-appointed with all the comforts of home, made exceptional by views of the ocean and West Maui Mountains, fronted by the beautiful Wailea Blue Golf Course. The Ekolu Village complex also offers 2 fabulous pools, BBQ areas, and peaceful, landscaped grounds.
Wailea Ekolu # 1206, is a spacious 1071 sq.ft., 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium that is newly remodeled throughout. This beautiful condo boasts high-end, designer furnishings, carpet, tile, a fabulous gourmet kitchen, and an open concept living area that is extremely light, airy and welcoming.
For your comfort, our home offers a 3 Zone, Split AC System, with individually remote controlled units in the main living area, and each bedroom, as well as ceiling fans, to allow for differences in the preferred temperature of each zone.
A Sonos Sound/TV entertainment system affords the capability to control your audio visual entertainment, room by room, to suit your needs. This high-end system lets you play your own music (speakers in each room) and watch Apple TV, including Netflix, and other streaming services. In the living room the TV drops from a ceiling enclosure and will swivel 360 degrees to allow viewing from the kitchen, living room or lanai. With a Sonos App on your smart device you can play your own music. WiFi access is included, for your convenience.
Our gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, beautiful cabinetry, granite counter tops, and many small appliances to make dining-in a pleasure.
The Master Bedroom is furnished with a King bed, 48" TV, A/C, ceiling fan, lanai, an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and full size washer & dryer. Our Second Bedroom also has TV, A/C, ceiling fan, a King bed (that can be converted to 2 twin beds, on request) as well as another private lanai and bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
You will find Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as coolers and beach towels to make your trips to the beach even more relaxing and carefree.
We are also happy to offer our guests complimentary gym access at South Maui Fitness, as there is no fitness center on site at the Ekolu condo complex.

Just a short stroll away, the closest beach is one of the best Maui has to offer. It features a 2-mile walking path in front of 5 Resorts and the ocean, with many rental shops for paddle boards, kayaks, snorkel gear or any other items you may need for your ocean adventures.

Condo view was spectacular! Location was great, condo was very well outfitted. Loved every minute of the trip!
Great condo that is well furnished with close proximity to beaches, shopping and golf.
This Ekolu condo was perfect for our family of 3. We found the condo perfectly equipped with all the essentials and the beach gear and toddler beach toys was a huge bonus. The condo itself is spacious, has incredible views, and is in a great location with walking paths to a nearby coffee shop. We would stay here again.
The wailea village in walking distance from the condo was a plus! Great restaurants, shops, etc.
Carpet and couch can use a cleaning, I feel there is a need for a light source in the dining area, and the bed is a bit too big for the room making it difficult to move around and it is too low to the ground , making it difficult to get up off the bed. I also like my WiFi to be up all the time, I had problems with it especially in the early mornings when I’m up and checking emails.Overall it was okay, nothing too bad and definitely not the five star review that I read.
This was our second stay at this beautiful condo. It has everything that you need…and more. It is very clean, location is excellent and the beds are very comfortable. We hope to stay here again the next time we visit Maui.
Our family of three had a lovely stay here. The beds were comfortable, the views were beautiful, and the condo supplied everything we needed in the kitchen and for the beach.
Very much enjoyed our few days here. Place was nice and very well maintained. A lot of thought went into making sure our stay was comfortable. Hosts paid attention to every little details which was noticed and very much appreciated. Would definitely go back. Wonderful hosts and property.
Everything was supplied- it was clean and checkin was organized! It was ample room for 2 couples. Thank you for the wonderful stay. It’s a great walk to wailea village, beach and shops.
I've been coming to Maui since 1998 after living here. I relocated for work, but return every year or so. I've stayed at numerous places...but this was by far, the best. Clean, beautiful, well stocked. I highly recommend this unit!
Loved the location of the condo - close to beaches, shopping, restaurants & great views. Unit had everything we needed - beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, coolers, washer/dryer, laundry detergent, shampoo & conditioner and stocked with all paper goods needed i.e. paper towels, toilet paper, etc. We pretty much just needed to bring ourselves. Owner and property manager were quick to respond. Neighborhood was well kept and quiet. Great location to get outside for walks/runs! Would not hesitate to recommend renting this unit out. We had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again.
Absolutely loved the condo: it’s very well equipped. It has everything you might need in the kitchen and on the beach. The beach is 3-4 minutes by car. Wailea shops - 2 minutes away, you also take a nice walk to the shops. Host was very responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to be back next summer. Mahalo!
Lovely condo for the week! Close to beach and shops, beautiful view of the ocean. Communication with the manager was smooth and overall would return again!
