Perfect Wailea Ekahi condominium, tastefully renovated! Ground floor center unit, #13B. Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom with state-of-the-art I-WAVE-M air filters installed in them to remove those airborne viruses. High-speed internet in the unit to help you stay connected! An iPod player, so bring your favorite music. Sleeps 4 in comfort (5 with a kid's blow-up bed). 2 full bathrooms. Center lower unit in building 13, so no stairs to deal with, and a short, level walk from the parking lot (no charge for parking). Large lanai (with 2 chaise lounges, a loveseat, table and 4 chairs) which opens directly onto a lawn. Quiet and secluded adult pool close by, with the Ekahi family pool, a rentable pavilion, and Keawakapu beach just a few steps beyond. Isolate yourselves as much as you want! Safeway will deliver right to your front door!
Ekahi is probably Wailea's best condominium development - conveniently located, beautifully kept, with excellent on-site management, and friendly (but very alert) security. It is less than 18 miles or about 30 minutes from Kahului airport (OGG), which has many non-stop flights from the US & Canada. You'll find yourself driving slowly from the airport, just to soak in the feeling of being on the island!

Also be aware that VRBO may not tell you that Hawaii taxes are to be collected. There is a State GET of 4%, a State TAT of 10.25% and a Maui TAT of 3%. Check that your quote from VRBO includes those taxes.

This property is well maintained. It’s a great location to the beach and to nearby shopping and restaurants. Plan to stay here again!
Excellent location close to ocean, pools and Wailea resorts and shops. Very spacious for two people. Lovely outdoor sitting area with a nice partial view of the ocean. Very comfortable living and sleeping spaces. Two bathrooms was nice. Very clean and modern. Owner was very responsive to questions. We would rent from this owner again without hesitation.
Great Property!
We LOVED our stay in this condo! The location was perfect - we could walk to all the resorts and shops/restaurants (or drive), several beaches to snorkel in walking distance including the one in front of the property! The pools were gorgeous and super wet maintained, as was the rest of the property. The condo was very clean, perfect location to just walk right off the patio while still being very private. The bed was SO comfortable. We wouldn't hesitate to return!

We absolutely loved this property. The photos do not do it justice—the view is spectacular, and the condo is comfortable and tastefully furnished. Kitchen is well stocked and the bedroom is comfortable. The location cannot be beat. We would love to come back!
Beautiful home with everything we needed. Loved sitting on the private patio in the mornings for breakfast, and the evenings for sunset admiring the the amazing view of the ocean! Condo was stalked with all the necessities and was sparkling clean. Easy walk to the beach and main pool. Would love to stay again!
Beautiful grounds, great pool, nice towels, and really comfy bed! We loved our stay and would definitely come back to 13B!
We enjoyed our stay and wished it could have been longer. The check in process was delayed but David came through just in time.
