I wished that you would have given me my check in instructions when I asked before I left Oakland. I was traveling by myself, the weather forecast was bad and I was anxious not having that information. I mentioned that I rented another condo in building 24 at the same time and the communication with the host was much easier. 19A was great. The location was terrific especially with the weather. I appreciated that that you brought over the emergency supplies. I’m glad the water coming in behind the living room TV wasn’t too serious. I appreciate that you sent someone over to check on it. We were surprised early one morning (before we were awake/downstairs) when some gentleman arrived to spray for pests. I wish you told us in advance and provided the description of chemicals to be used. My daughter turned them away because we had two young children.
The condo is beautiful and well located. The cleaning could have been better done. Silverware was not sufficient.
