Wailea Beach Villas is simply the best of the best! Enter the community through the 24hr private guarded gate & drive down to the complimentary self parking in the indoor garage. Check-in and receive your key card from the lobby you'll be able to access your own elevator to your villa and enjoy cool comfort as you arrive at the elegant 2,000 sq ft penthouse with central A/C. 9 foot ceilings, open floor plan, travertine flooring and large sliding glass doors make for a bright and airy interior that is tastefully furnished. 2 spacious bedrooms, a den with a fold out couch and 2 full baths, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.
European gourmet kitchen features top of the line stainless steel appliances including a glass ceramic top stove, convection oven and microwave, as well as large refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher, granite countertops and all of the small appliances you will need for those times when you prefer dining in. Kitchen is fully stocked with all kitchen utensils for preparing your own meals to enjoy at the dining table or out on the spacious 376 square foot private covered lanai with built-in Viking grill and seating for 6.
Living room offers a plush and comfortable couch, large flat screen TV, DVD player with digital cable box and MP3/iPod player as well as a small office space with complimentary high speed WI-FI.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV, generous dresser and closet space, dual bedside tables, a standing full length mirror and black out blinds. The en-suite master bathroom has a deep soaking tub, separate glass shower with seating, double vanity with granite counter tops and custom cabinetry and a private water closet. The large walk-in closet is stocked with hangers, extra pillows, blankets, 100% cotton waffle weave bath robes and luxurious toiletries. Make up mirror, hairdryer, scale and security safe are also provided.
Second bedroom includes 2 twin beds (can be made into one king size bed upon request) with close access to full bathroom including a tub/shower combination and double vanity. Signature amenities include bathrobes, luxurious plush bath towels and personal cleansing products.
*We are using enhanced cleaning protocols and rigorous cleaning standards in our units which include; allowing more time for cleaners to utilize our enhanced room by room cleaning checklist, sanitizing high touch surfaces, using disinfecting cleaning products approved by health experts, washing all linens at a high heat setting, and more.

The condo was very clean and well equipped. Loved sitting on the lanai in the morning with a cup of coffee. Location of the condo was a 2 minute walk to the shops of Wailea. Loved the adult pool and how close it was to the beach. Did the outrigger one morning and the luau at the grand Wailea the last night. Our hosts Kristen and Robert were great to work with and very responsive to any questions. The staff at the Wailea Beach Villas were fantastic and very helpful. Our concierge, Scott, was excellent and helped us with our booking of the outrigger and luau. Would definitely come back here again!
Nice penthouse u it with ocean view from deck and main living area. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Provided beach chairs and towels if you venture to beaches off property. But with Wailea beach right there and path, you don’t have to go far.
Great Villa, comfortable, clean and quiet. Easy walk to the beach and to restaurants. All the beach equipment you could need.

Kitchen has everything you could want including two large refrigerators. Conveniently located within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. There is a wonderful walkway on the beach side of the property that goes for several miles that has easy access to multiple hotel restaurants. An adult pool that is situated with a spectacular view of the ocean along with a separate children's pool make it a great experience for the entire family. Very good security on the property and focus by staff. The property management was extremely professional and helpful and would highly recommend.
