The Waikomo Stream Villas occupy a gorgeous piece of property mere steps from the circle in Poipu. On the grounds, you'll have access to an outdoor pool and sundeck, a kiddie pool, a covered picnic area with gas grills, and pathways that wind through verdant gardens. Koloa Landing (a popular dive site) and Baby Beach are both just a short walk. Beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler and boogie boards are provided for your use. Great restaurants and shops at the Kukui'ula center and other conveniences are all within walking distance as well.
You'll enter this condo on the building's third floor, a position that places you up among the treetops and in the fragrant, tropical breezes. It's a lovely, lofty space with soaring ceilings, tall windows, and an open floor plan. The kitchen is at the center, offering stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for morning pancakes. It's adjoined on one side by a formal dining area and on the other by a light-filled living room.
In the evenings, step out onto the lanai for a sunset cocktail before cozying up on the sofa to stream Netflix favorites. Of the bedrooms, one is a primary suite with direct lanai access and the other is a loft-style suite upstairs. Both have attached bathrooms.

Was a great spacious property! Comfortable, clean, had everything we needed. Great location.

Great place to stay, great location. Close to the beach and close to food and shopping.
Great location for staying. A small walk to the mall and food vendors. There were 5 of us and we slept comfortable. Thank god for the fans. It kept the place cool at night. Very very clean, affordable, and lots of room for everyone to enjoy their space. I would totally rent this place again.
Large, convenient, comfortable
This is a condo on the the third floor. Main floor has a dining room, kitchen, living room, master bedroom with attached bath and toilet and a nice balcony looking out to the trees and a small stream. Upstairs is a loft with two twin beds and another full bath. Very roomy. To get to the condo go up the stairs, no elevator. Parking is not assigned and it is not an issue. The location is great, 5 minutes walk away from a nice center with restaurants and a Longs Drugstore. Also, Thai and Mexican food trucks. This is in Poipu so 5 minutes to drive to all the South Beaches. About a 1 to 1.25 hour drive to Princeville in the North and about 25 minutes from the airport. Very convenient if you want to explore the west side and the great state park and viewpoints there. The place was clean, fully equipped, stackable washer/dryer combo as well. No perishables or other supplies at all (No condiments, sunscreen, etc.) so bring your own. They had a small snorkeling kit, boogie board, cooler, beach chairs (no beach umbrella), and Brita water filter in the fridge. We contacted them once with a question and got an immediate reply from the local crew. We did not get a chance to use the property pool but it looked very nice, clean and well maintained. We would come here again.

Lovely condo on the 3rd floor. The floor plan was perfect for a family of four. All of the necessities were available to us and having the beach chairs was great for those trips to Poipu Beach. We knew going in, there was no a/c which made it a little warm when there was no breeze. We still had a great time!

You won’t go wrong with this hidden quiet gem. With walking distances to shopping food and even the beach. Has a very large pool and even grills. My host was only a text away. I hope I can get a chance to stay here again someday.
Short walking distance to beaches, shops, and restaurants. The best Açaí bowls on the island from Anneka’s Juice bar is just a couple minute walk. The best south shore snorkeling is just a 2 minute walk out the back gate. The tropical breezes kept the condo cool and comfortable, no need for AC, just open the windows! The King bed is very comfortable and enjoyed the fresh air as I slept. I looked forward to my morning coffee on the very private lanai with beautiful koi stream and tropical birds singing. The condo was clean and decorated super cute. The close parking made it easy to find, and handy when having to carry groceries and snacks. Would come back and stay longer next time.
Nice property with comfy beds and great central location in Poipu. Walkable to coffee, dining, shopping and beach. Property had beach chains, boogie boards and beach towels.
