Take your dream vacation at this newly remodeled Waikoloa Villas in Waikoloa Village. This three-bedroom, three-bathroom, has everything one needs on a Hawaii vacation. Enjoy the pool, hot tub, and BBQ area plus easy access to nearby attractions.
Enjoy the open layout of the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Enjoy a sit-down dinner at the dining room table. The living area has a flat-screen television to watch your favorite shows and ample comfortable seating for you and your guests.
This home is decorated in island style and has an open-plan living area that leads to a lanai with a large dining table. Take in the views of the golf course and the lushly landscaped surroundings over your morning cup of Kona coffee. You can even see the blue Pacific ocean over the trees for peek-a-boo ocean views.
The primary suite is its own retreat with a great vibe with local art. Relax in the king-size bed and enjoy access to the lanai. The primary bathroom has a large tiled shower and plenty of space to be comfortable.
The guest room is very comfortable, with a queen-size bed. The full bathroom is adjacent for guests' use and convenience. The bathroom has a shower and a jacuzzi bathtub. There is also a washer and dryer for guests' use.
Up a flight of stairs, you have a large loft/bedroom with a smart television and two twin beds, these can be converted to a king upon request and charge. There is a bathroom that has a large tiled shower for guests' use. This is a great room to unwind and relax.
Enjoy being close to the newly remodeled BBQ area where you can grill dinner and watch the palm trees sway. Float or do some laps in the pool or soak in the hot tub and watch the stars. This is a lovely spot to have a pool day and relax with your family and guests. As a guest of Waikoloa Villas, you will receive a pass to the Village pool, where you can have dinner and receive a discount to the Village Golf Course in Waikoloa.
Suppose you want to venture outside the resort and head south to an octopus or seahorse farm. Waikoloa Village is close to some of the finest white sand beaches on the Kohala Coast. In this area, you will also find access to manta rays or snorkel tours.
While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Nice location, well kept, easy booking
Property was nicely furnished in a quiet complex.
We really enjoyed the location, with its quiet neighborhood, easy access to roads around the island, and stores closeby. We picked this unit in part of its large lanai and table, which we used a lot for breakfast and coffee in the morning and sunsets in the evening. Everything was clean and well maintained.
Great condo with nice view and super well equipped kitchen. The evening breeze made it very comfortable even in the open loft upstairs.
The property was perfect for our family. Clean, nice, and comfortable. Zero issues during our 6 day stay. Mahalo!

This condo was one of the best we have stayed in while on trips to Hawaii. The kitchen was very well equipped, beach gear and towels were provided, and it was very clean and comfortable. The lanai was wonderful. The home was conveniently located to all destinations on the island. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was super comfortable with everything we needed. Beds were great in all rooms, bathrooms superb. Location was a short drive to groceries or bite to eat. 20 min drive either to several beaches. We actually went to 4 or 5 beaches that weren’t too far. Condo is fully stocked in kitchen and had beach gear , including towels, chairs, coolers, boogie board, umbrella. Super responsive host and even allowed us to arrive an hour early, and stay a few hours later for check out, both unplanned. This helped tremendously because we had a red eye night of check out. Just a really comfortable place to rest your head, felt like home. Would definitely stay here again.
