Escape to Waikoloa Retreat, where island days meet peaceful evenings and beautiful sunsets. Waikoloa Village is the perfect home base for exploring the Big Island. Spend your days discovering beaches, local food, and island adventures, then come home to unwind, enjoy the sunset views, or have relaxing game night. Whether you're here for adventure or simply looking to slow down and enjoy the island, we hope Sunset Greens Retreat feels like your home away from home. Our second-story townhouse offers a comfortable and inviting space for families, couples, or friends traveling together. The home features two bedrooms with Ac window unit, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area with ceiling and portable fan, a lanai where you can relax and enjoy the island surroundings. We've added a few extras to make your island stay more enjoyable, including beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler, plus a selection of board and table games for a fun night in. Guests have access to the entire townhouse during their stay, including all indoor living spaces, the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and lanai.
Guests can also enjoy Waikoloa Village community amenities, including a pool and a keiki pool, also tennis and pickleball courts. Guests receive access to discounted golf rates at the Waikoloa Village Golf Club. We want you to enjoy your stay with privacy and flexibility. We're just a phone call or message away if you need anything during your stay. While we're not located on the island, our local property manager is nearby and available to assist if needed. We're happy to provide recommendations or help make your stay as comfortable as possible. Pool Maintenance Notice!
Our pool and spa is temporarily closed for maintenance until November. Guests are welcome to use the Waikoloa Village Association pool during this time. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding!
Please note that the home is located on the second floor and there are stairs to access the unit. You may also see some of Hawai'i's local wildlife around Waikoloa Village, including wild turkeys, goats and donkeys.
