Not only is this property incredibly well located, the number of amenities they have for guests is just amazing. Something like 5 complete snorkeling sets, a number of boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. Its locale is fantastic in that you can walk to the shopping center (20 min walk), to an amazing beach (about 25 min).
The host was easily reached and responsive, resolving minor issues quickly. Highly recommend staying here. The rental had plenty of beach and pool toys, beach umbrellas, stroller, cooler, etc. The kitchen is fully equiped. The location is great, right next to the pool and bbq. There are plenty of sleeping areas and space to relax. The patio is spacious with plenty of seating to entertain outdoors or have a nice meal. We wont hesitate to book this rental again.
This condo was a great fit for our family. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking gear and spices. We appreciated having a cooler to use plus beach towels, chairs, etc. The pool and hot tub were nice. The condo was close to several fantastic beaches. We would stay here again.
This condo was well equipped and comfortable. Had lots of fun playing pickleball with friends. Would definitely recommend.
Had a great day with friends who all came to Kona for the Ironman world championships. Fully equipped three bedroom, 2.5 bath condo with everything you would need. Nice outdoor seating area, pool, hot tub, barbecue area with tables and chairs. Secure neighborhood and very quiet. Would stay again
The townhome has a lovely, spacious layout with a large lanai -- much nicer than some of the other units in the complex. It's right next to the pool with the waterfall, as well. But the best thing about this townhome is that it is *incredibly* well stocked. The kitchen has everything you need (over 30 different spices!!) and there is an abundance of beach gear. Our onsite contact was super responsive and the owners were very flexible when our flight got cancelled and we needed to stay an extra night. If you are looking to stay in this area, book this townhome!

This place was so convenient and very comfortable. One of the nicest condos I've stayed on the islands. Everything worked, everything was comfortable, fully functional kitchen.
The condo was clean, plenty of supplies. I had a question and the owner got back with me quickly ! And provided my request ! I will definitely come back here to stay!
