We really enjoyed our three week stay at the Shores at Waikoloa 333. The condo has a very large and comfortable lani with beautiful views. The kitchen is very well appointed with virtually everything we needed. Given the fabulous Weber grills around the property, it would be helpful if grilling utensils were provided. Both bathrooms are very spacious with separate showers and tubs, and there are plenty of towels in the bathrooms - and for the pool/beach. The king bed is very comfortable. The furniture in the great room is also comfortable and the TV allows access to virtually all of the streaming services. We had issues with the Spectrum remote and we wonder if it needs replacing. The internet worked very well. We plan to return again next January.
Our stay was amazing! We came for a family celebration and it did not disappoint! The description of the unit was spot on and the pictures did not due it justice! The view was beautiful and we were able to watch the sunset over the ocean. We also loved the pool and most days we had the pool to ourselves but also met some other visitors staying in the complex which we also enjoyed. We also loved the location with the restaurant and shops nearby. We also liked that beach towels and camping chairs were available to use and there was ample space for 3-4 people. The lanai with the views was our favorite part of the condo by far!! Just a few minor things, the garbage can in the kitchen could be bigger, the table on the lanai should have been cleaned prior to our arrival, and the batteries in the tv remote in the living room were going dead. However, we did request more soap and towels and the staff were prompt in responding when we asked so we could have asked for more batteries but we were leaving the next day. That being said, we will definitely stay here again!!
As lots of the prior reviews make clear, this unit is large, well-laid out, in a quiet and convenient location, with good views from within and from the oversized, wraparound lanai. Relaxing, playing card games, and dining on the lanai were delightful. The grounds of the Shores condominium community are beautifully maintained, as is the case with Waikoloa generally.Having said that, we felt that the unit needed some relatively inexpensive TLC to enable us to rate it higher than "good" (which it is).We encountered several petty irritant glitches which, frankly, we wouldn't normally associate with a unit at this price point at Waikoloa (we've been there many times). To wit, posted instructions on on to use (or, really, not use) an apparently "fragile" kitchen disposal (ought to have been replaced); facing for a kitchen drawer came off in my wife's hands the first time she opened it; shower stall light didn't work; mediocre (at best) beach chairs (at a beach resort . . . .) that were very low to the ground, difficult to get in and out of, and not adjustable in any way (and limited other beach accessories to use), an A/C system that seems to be controlled when doors/windows are open - a good thing - but no explanation of that to avoid having to call the management company and say "A/C not working!"; refrigerator filtered water dispenser not working; sliding blind "vane" fell down on its own initiative; etc.
Clean and spacious condo in a good location and with a large balcony. Would stay here again.
It was a very comfortable and clean. Easy walking access to A-Bay, restaurants and groceries!

We’ve stayed in this specific gated area repeatedly because it checks all the boxes, always, but this third-floor apartment rose above all others. Literally: the third floor view afforded us more ocean, landscaped beauty, and distant mountains. Every corner was scrubbed clean. Plenty of beach towels and chairs to use for our daily snorkel trips along the Kona Coast. And we always appreciate how walkable so many activities are: petroglyph field, market, shave ice, our favorite restaurant (Lava Lava), and even a theater. Side Note: When the keypad entry battery went bust, a staff member arrived at our door—-on a Sunday——promptly (and they had a backup plan until then anyway). Well run property.
Very nice, would suggest losing the vertical blinds for horizontal or drapes. Definitely new mattress for master please. All the add on fees suck.
This condo is in an excellent location halfway between the Kings Market (Marriot) and the Hilton Hotel so it has loads of alternative restaurants within a short walk. It is also only a short 12 min. walk to the beach. BUT...best of all is the large floor plan on the 3rd floor corner with an outstanding patio view of the golf course, ocean - 1/2mi. and beautiful landscaping below. The patio is huge with great comfortable furniture and perfect for anything including morning coffee and afternoon sundowners. The unit is extremely well decorated with high quality furnishings. You will love it and will hate to leave, I guarantee.

Absolutely amazing well laid out and appointed condo with beautiful views, huge lanai and central location. Nicer than what the photos depict. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Don’t hesitate, book this!!
Nice relaxing stay. Beautiful view. Quiet & Comfortable condo. Great location. Complete amenities. Near resorts, great shopping and easy access to Waimea and route to Hilo. Just 30 mins to airport. Perfect stay. Would love to return.
