Newer-built 3 bedroom home in the new Ainamalu development close to everything Waikoloa has to offer. Once you pass through the lava rock walls and head past the ohana (what we call a separate apartment in Hawaii where the family stays), you'll open the door and be surprised by the high ceilings, brand new modern appliances, wood flooring, and the ample light throughout. With a master suite opening up to the lanai, outdoor shower among the lava rock walls, WiFi, and much more, you and your family will feel right at home.

The clubhouse for 18 amazing holes in Waikoloa is only six and a half miles away. If you need a little variety on the links, you can drive four miles north to the gorgeous Mauna Lani course or head seven miles upcountry to Waikoloa Village. Something for everyone is in either Queen's Marketplace or King's Shops both just a couple of miles away. There you'll find a local grill with a chilled bar at A-Bay's, a movie theater, plenty of shopping, and local favorite hot spot Kuleana Rum Shack. Two miles away you'll find Lava Lava where you can dine and drink with your toes in the sand or find ample parking for the public beach next door. For your sandy excursions, drive roughly six miles and you'll find the famous Hapuna Beach, a part of the Gold Coast. During your stay, just minutes away, enjoy the Waikoloa Hilton Resort where you can purchase a day pass for access to their facilities including five pools with slides and waterfalls.
