Superb rental. The unit was clean and spacious. There was one little brown house gecko that emerged now and then but we figured he was keeping the bugs away. The kids named him gecky and it was a big event anytime he was spotted. We loved the beach accessories and the trundle bed in the spare room. It let us shut the 3 kids away in 1 room when it was their bedtime. The unit is well stocked with anything and everything you might need. The complex was great and everyone was incredibly friendly. The sweet neighbors gave us avocados and papayas on our arrival. Its so close to the grocery store that we had morning walks to get anything we needed for the day.Location was the only slight downside as everything is a drive. Great beaches and Snorkeling are a short drive. But the Kona, Hilo and Volcano days were very long days. But that will happen no matter where you stay on the island.Mahalo!
Great property, very clean and as described in pics. They provided dish soap and hand soap in bathroom which was much appreciated. Plenty of clean dish towels, bath towels and beach towels were available. The laundry washer and dryer was super convenient. We were able to communicate with management and they worked with our requests and questions which we also appreciated. Grateful for a great experience at this property. Aloha.
The two of us, my wife and I, enjoyed our stay in Waikoloa Village. The location is central to many activities, and avoids the heavy traffic and high costs of some of the super expensive resort areas. We really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and the grills. The condo was clean, organized, and supplied well; very responsive folks. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Locating the property and checking in were a breeze. We had very explicit directions from the property manager. Everything was as we expected. We almost immediately had a problem with the hot water faucet in the master shower. The property manager had it taken care of quickly, which we really appreciated. We did see more cockroaches than we’ve ever seen before in Hawaii, but were told the property is sprayed on a regular basis. We never did figure out the TVs, some directions would be nice. But all in all, the condo was perfect for us. It’s an easy walk to Johnny’s; the Book Mobile there is a plus! The pool is a nice alternative to the beach. It’s a great neighborhood to walk in too.
What I liked about this stay was that I didn’t need a key for the door and the gate. Both were operated with codes. Access to the pool area was with the card and you could use that for the gate. I loved looking out over the golf course and watching people playing, but the best part was how quiet it is and the birds. Having a washer and dryer made the biggest difference! In my prior stays in Hawaii I’ve had to pack lots of clothes in order to make sure I have clean clothes throughout the trip, With the washer and dryer we got to pack less and didn’t have to worry about heavy baggage! In the future look to stay in the same place!
Very clean.. nicely decorated… nice bed and very quiet.. nice view hot water could be turned up replenish “in case kit” Light fixtures could be marked (fans were confusing)
The condo itself is quite nice and well equipped (no beach equipment though). The main issues that would stop me from staying to there again is the noise transfer from upstairs..every footstep and toilet flush. Also, there is a portable a/c unit in the master bedroom that is extremely noisy. We had to buy ear plugs to sleep at night. The village is quite nice and a good grocery store nearby. The beaches were only 8 miles away.
This spot was perfect! Second time staying at Waikoloa Village and I can't imagine I'll choose anywhere else on my visits to see family. EVERYTHING was easy and everyone I dealt with friendly and accommodating. Thank you! Looking forward to my next stay already.
The property was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The apartment was a perfect size and equipped with all the amenities a renter would need. The location was perfect, it was 15 mins away from multiple beaches, a couple different shopping centers, and 2 mins away from a grocery store to stock the fridge with goodies. The only issue I had, was I could not get the gate to open with the passcode, it would only open with the keycard.
Love that we had laundry facilitiesm. Fans in every space. The neighbors were very friendly. It is on the ground level so easy to get Luggage in and out of. Wonderful to have two bathrooms and a kitchen. Great location amd drive to Wiakoloa resort not far. Had everything we needed.
On the golf course #10 but nice and quiet
This property is a hidden gem! We loved our stay, located in a gated community with covered parking. Gym & pool access was great. Noisy upstairs neighbor, up all night but everyone we met was so friendly. We appreciated access to the washer & dryer. 20 minute drive to the nearest beach. Loved our stay, would love to stay here again
