This home is fully stocked with beach chairs, a portable cooler, and umbrellas for those beach days. You are 6 miles from Waikoloa Resort and some of the top beaches in Hawai’i. The onsite pool is well kept and has two BBQ grills for guest use, as well as shaded seating areas if you want to dine at the pool.
As a guest of this property, you will also have access to the Waikoloa Clubhouse, where you will enjoy discounted resident rates for golf games, pickle ball/tennis courts and more. We invite you to be our guest and live the life of aloha in this lovely home.
Updated- Flooring in both Bedrooms has been upgraded to a high end, luxury vinyl floor plank, with a Koa wood type design. Runners are installed to help with traction and cold mornings:) All carpet has been removed.
Please note: This unit has central air conditioning. There is also no elevator and under 20 stairs to get to the unit.

The pool is conveniently located to the unit in this comparatively low density community. Waikoloa Fairways is located at the end of a cul-de-sac just passed the Waikoloa Village Golf Course Clubhouse. The location is quiet and private.

The home was exactly as listed—spacious, clean, and very well maintained. The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Drew was a wonderful host, and Amy, the property manager, was very kind and accommodating, especially in helping with our daughter’s needs by providing fans. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, especially if you’re not sensitive to warmer indoor temperatures like my daughter. Thank you Drew and Tess for being great hosts, and have a Happy New Year.
There was a few seasonings and dry goods to use in the pantry - great location - clean condo - comfy beds- will rent again.
The property was really nice! The owners thought of everything to make our stay feel like home, from the beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, cooler, fully stocked kitchen, labeled light switches and device charging stations. I often struggle with sleeping and have trouble being comfortable with the mattresses when we travel. This bed was so comfortable! Goldilocks has found her bed! We highly recommend staying here!
Drew was terrific as owner/host. He even bought Pickleball paddles for us and had them shipped in! Good location and very clean with great pool facilities.
Generous size and nicely furnished condo, with beautiful landscaping. Owner bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. Due to the extremely high local electricity rates, the air conditioner controls for cooling were limited to 75 degrees. That information would have been useful ahead of time.
