This vacation rental includes two suites, each boasting a smart TV and direct lanai access, plus a queen sofa bed in the living area. Find comfort in the primary suite, complete with a California king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, garden soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Sleep soundly in the guest suite, featuring a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A half bath provides added convenience.
Unwind into vacation mode on the lanai, outfitted with lounge seating for four. Fix a refreshing drink at the wet bar, then dine alfresco amidst the fresh tropic air at the table for four. Enjoy year-round Waikoloa Fairways amenities including a heated outdoor pool, a hot tub, and a grill area. Guest amenities include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. Beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas are provided in the rental. Assigned parking is available for one car in front of the rental for an additional fee of $100 (to be paid on-site).

A seven-night minimum stay is required, per the HOA.
Pool & Deck Closed for Resurfacing Starting April 28, 2025.
The entire Pool area is forecasted to be closed beginning the week of April 28th 2025.
Estimated time for completion is four weeks or approximately the end of May. There will be access to an alternative community pool that is in walking distance of this complex property.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Condo is as advertised. It's in a quiet community and close by to restaurants, the beach and other activities. It was exactly the retreat we were looking for.Condo is spacious, well equipped and beds are very comfortable.
The location of the property was close to the grocery store and easy access to 19 to the beaches and restaurants. Everything was as described in the listing and loved the aquatic center access and Johnnys restaurant..

We had such a fantastic stay here! My son and I stayed here for a week. Everything was a positive experience; from booking the place, to arrival, staying here and departure. Well organized, good communication, lovely condo. It was everything we hoped for and more!

Staying at this Hawaiian Oasis was an absolute delight! The serene backdrop of the golf course, complete with entertaining turkeys, added a unique charm to our experience. After exhilarating days exploring the island, returning to this peaceful retreat was a joy. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the accommodation were impressive, and the large windows provided stunning views. It's evident that the owners have poured their hearts into this place, creating a true home away from home experience. Highly recommended!
The condo is nice. Bathrooms could use some updating. We stayed for 6 plus weeks. It would be nice if you had a monthly rate.
Very clean property. Square footage was larger than expected. I loved the "round ice cubes" that the refrigerator made! Large lanai. Only downside, was the additional $100 for parking pass/pool that I was not notified of prior to the stay. I could only pay this with a check or money order is what the paperwork said.

We had a wonderful time at this condo! It had everything we needed and more. It was pretty and clean on the surface but was in desperate need for a deep clean (all the nooks and crannies of a home that are often done a few times a year such as blinds, baseboards and vents). This did not stop of from enjoying the home though! It was kid friendly after moving some kitchen items from the bottom cabinets (we have a 14mo). One of the best parts of this home was the quiet location and gigantic windows! We loved being able to see all the nēnē each morning and listening to the birds! Our biggest complaint would be that both beds were extremely soft and seemed to have a pocket in the middle.
Well kept up. Comfortable furniture. Quiet location.
