Special Information: PLEASE NOTE: Please note: Per the HOA rules at Waikoloa Fairway Villas, children under the age of 12 are not allowed in or around the spa/hot tub area.
Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays now through December 31, 2026. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.
Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking spot. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Parking pass must be on the dashboard. Parking Passes will be in unit upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Community swimming pool.
Hot Tub: Community hot tub.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: Community BBQ’s near the swimming pool
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.

Waikoloa Fairway Villas O4 is townhouse style end unit in the O Building. Offering plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
The Waikoloa Fairway Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located nearby the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

The property was very nice, with a great layout, and had everything we needed. Onsite Pool was great and easy to get to. Having the Hilton Waikoloa Pool pass is a huge benefit. Easy access to shops, pool, beach, etc. Only negative feedback was the beds were very uncomfortable and could use mattress upgrades.
The unit is well-appointed, spacious, quiet, and easy to access. The back patio is perfect for snacks and drinks. Everything was as described. The walk to the beach is 10-15 minutes, as noted. We never used the pool, but it was nice to know that it was available to us.
The Villas were amazing. Easy access to shopping and restaurants nearby.
The property was wonderful due to the amenities and location. There was so much in walking distance. The Hilton Waikoloa pool pass was amazing as well. The staff communication was extremely fast when we had an issue with parking which was resolved very quickly. We will love to stay here again.
Spent the week on the big island for both vacation and business conference at the Hilton. Excellent proximity to the conference and very nice local shopping and supplies nearby. Most within walking distance. Amenities were very nice although didn’t get to use the pool much due to conference time. Easy to navigate to other locations on the island and extremely close to beach access. Walking distance or less than five minute drive Definitely would consider staying at this property. Perfect amount of space and basic supplies for our needs.
Family of 5 had a wonderful time during our stay. The Hilton Pool Passes are a plus and our family enjoyed it. Property had everything that was needed. Quiet, comfortable, prime location, and perfect setting. We will be booking this condo again in the future. We had an issue with the AC but it was fixed quickly.
Condo was in a great location in the Waikoloa resort. Easy access to beach, shops, etc. Everything you need is in the condo. Plenty of space for everyone. Recommend it.
This condo was the perfect spot for our family (6 adults and 1 toddler)! The views from every window were beautiful. Loved the lanai and grassy yard area for our toddler to run around. We enjoyed cooking several meals at home, and appreciated the proximity to the Waikoloa beach, lava lava club, groceries, and not far drive from Kona and Hawi (where we were visiting family). We loved the convenience and beauty of the pool on site. We checked out the Hilton pass, but it was so grand and too much walking for our senior parents and young toddler. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to the big island!
We brought our family of 5 to the island and met some grandparents there. This property location was perfect for our group. We loved the convenience of the nearby shops and its close proximity to many nearby beaches and snorkeling spots. Would gladly stay again!
We really enjoyed our stay here. Waikola is the best place to stay on the island. Shopping is close by. The unit was perfect for us. My only complaint was that the beds were really hard. But other than that it was perfect for our family of 7 and we’d definitely stay here again!
