Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays now through December 31, 2026. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.
Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom. Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking spot. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Parking pass must be on the dashboard. Parking Passes will be in unit upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Community swimming pool.
Hot Tub: Community hot tub.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: Community BBQ’s near the swimming pool
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.

Please note: Per the HOA rules at Waikoloa Fairway Villas, children under the age of 12 are not allowed in or around the spa/hot tub area.
The Waikoloa Fairway Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located nearby the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

The location was fantastic for our needs during the college golf tournament we attended. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils and plates etc. Beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed being able to utilize the Hilton at Waikaloa guest passes. It was a nice perk. We would love to stay here again.
A wonderful property that has been thoughtfully decorated and has all the gear a family would need to enjoy the Big Island. Grocery and numerous shopping options are walking distanced as are several restaurants. Property company communicated beautifully. We did have a few challenges and I will credit the company for working with us and being very customer-focused in their response. Great place and definitely recommend!
We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely consider this property again! The layout was perfect for our family of five. The Hilton Pool access was a huge benefit and we used it almost daily.
Waikoloa Beach Resort was the best place to stay on the big island. Queens marketplace is a quick walk from the property and has everything you need. I loved the community pools and really enjoyed using the Hilton pool pass. The property itself was very comfortable, well equipped and fit our family of 6 perfectly. The beach toys, boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas came in handy and we used them daily. The property manager was very quick to respond and helpful when needed. I would love to stay here again in the future and have told all my family and friends to do the same!

We enjoyed our stay and were able to walk to many local shops. Great location and lots of room for our entire family! Very well-kept and nicely upgraded. Loved the birds and the golf course view in the morning while sitting at the patio having our morning coffee. Looking to re-book this same house on our next Kona trip!
Pool Pass was very well used for access to hotel pools and free parking at hotel for luau and other events. Kitchen was very well equipped. Easy walk to shops. Overall great experience!
We had a wonderful time-so close to the beach and other amenities! We would stay here again.
