Can't beat the location - less than 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants! It's 3 stories and this unit is on the 2nd. We had a family with kiddos in the unit above us - running and jumping. The property manager was communicative but not much they can do to stop it. We had 5 nights of pounding feet above us. Certainly cut into our tranquility.

When I used the bathtub, a person from the management company came to visit me at night to say that water was leaking downstairs. After that, the bathtub could not be used. I checked out without knowing when I would be able to use it again.

Thorough/seemless check in check out process. Quick communication with property manager. The location was perfect- can easily walk to shops or the near by beaches. The apartment was equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils/pans/storage containers etc. it was perfect for 4 adults and an infant. I would stay here again and wish we had extended our stay longer here

Very comfortable for us! Especially enjoyed the bed, perfect for us. Air condition worked well and all appliances functional. The “in the unit” washer and dryer was a bonus. Walking distance (short) to shopping and dining. Pool was smaller than depicted but the unit included day passes to a great pool at a nearby hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. The condo was clean & comfortable. The Hilton Waikoloa pool pass was a huge bonus. We would have liked a few more bath towels(1 per person). The kitchen was well equipped. We look forward to our next stay!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in the F22 condo at the Fairway Villas at Wiakoloa beach overlooking the golf course. The condo was very clean and our bed was comfortable. Since we cooked many of our meals at the condo, the kitchen and dining table worked well for us. We preferred the shower in the guest room since it was roomier; water pressure was good. We really enjoyed using the guest pass to the Hilton Wiakoloa, not only during the daytime for swimming, reading and walking, but also in the evening to watch the sunset. Several times we walked over to the Kings Shops for gelato. Although a bit expensive, we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the Four Seasons Resort which was about a 20 minute drive away. Very upscale with a beautiful location overlooking the surf.

We really enjoyed our stay and everything went smoothly and there were no surprises. It was clean, instructions were clear and the Villas Facility had everything we needed.

We had a great time. Everything was as advertised, I guess would be the best way to say it. We have stayed in Waikoloa before...this was the best. The neighbors that we met were friendly and welcoming, the property itself was comfortable, relaxing (one of our primary goals), and a wonderful base for us to do the things we wished to do on the Island. Thanks so much!

1. Mary was more than helpful and accommodating! She truly went the extra mile! 2. We should not be expected to remove trash at the end of our stay with the amount we paid each night. 3. Vacationers should be able to lower the AC to a comfortable level.

This is really a lovely place. The location is really great! It was clean overall, though perhaps a deep cleaning of carpet in the bedroom would be beneficial. We could not seem to find the beach chairs or cooler listed in the description. Perhaps we missed them somehow. It was really nice to have the kitchen basics such as salt, pepper and cooking spray provided. If you’re looking for a nice, quiet, well-kept place to stay in a lovely location, don’t hesitate to book this condo!

We try to come every year, and the fairway is our first choice. The pool area is always awesome. The villas are very comfortable. F 22 has the best swivel rocking chairs on the lanai. They are so comfortable. Hopefully will be back next year. Great to stay

After a long day of work it was nice that the employees could go to a place and relax
