What's Nearby:
Head up the coastline about seven-and-a-half miles to discover a locals beach, Waialea, which is not only shaded but has some incredible blue water and great snorkeling. Continue on up that road another fourteen miles and get lunch or an early dinner at Big Island Brewhaus. Treat yourself to a spa day, a fine dining experience, or a calm ocean experience at the Fairmont Orchid in Mauna Lani just five and a half miles away. If you'd prefer, there is a golf course right there which has a lot of fun holes decorated with the white and black rocks that are abundant along the coastline there. An easy and excellent dinner, besides the one you make, can be had at Tommy Bahama in the Kings Shops just a short walk from your unit.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Fairway Villas Waikoloa Beach Resort will start replacing the second-floor walkway tiles in buildings B, C, F, I, J, N. This will complete the replacement of all tiles on the second and third floor walkways. This project will start on May 16th, and run through October 28th, 2022.
The time frame for each building is as follows:
May 16, 2022-June 10, 2022, Building B
June 13, 2022-July 8, 2022, Building C
July 11, 2022-August 5, 2022, Building F
August 8, 2022-September 2, 2022, Building I
September 5, 2022-September 30, 2022, Building J
October 3, 2022-October 28, 2022, Building N
The first week of each building will be the noisiest with demolition taking place. After which they will occasionally be hammering and tile cutting. All units will be accessible at any time. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we move through this project.

This is our second stay at this condo and would look forward to staying again. The condo is a comfortable size and the ground floor with extended lanai makes the condo feel larger than it is. We like the convenience to the market, shops and Aloha Wine Bar - Best happy hour for "cheaper" drinks.
Never used VRBO before and was very pleased with the property. Clean, nice location and amenities. Clear check-in process from rental company. Would stay again.
I was a last minute add on to friends that were staying in the same Villa. They did not know the number of their condo. I just tried to get in the same vicinity. We were literally 25 feet away from our friends! It was fantastic.. Thank you for a great time.
The grounds are beautifully landscaped & well maintained. The unit is spacious & clean with a great view of the golf course.
Vacasa immediately communicated about the refrigerator, were at the Unit to take care of the situation, and provided a credit for the inconvenience. Very responsive and thoughtful. Unit was clean and at a nice location.
Lovely, quiet property! We loved this beautiful, spacious condo. It is well equipped, has a beautiful view, and was a lovely vacation spot for our family of four.
This home has the perfect layout. It’s so spacious and quiet and has all of the essentials of home! Conveniently on the 1st floor in the back of the building. The pool was also perfect for us and our young kids being no deeper than 5ft. It was so lovely and not crowded, it felt very private! The market and shopping is so conveniently close. We would definitely stay here again!
This condo has everything needed for a great vacation. It was well equipped with towels, cooking supplies and beach items such as chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkel gear, etc.
The house was perfect, very clean and all appliances were in great condition. The extra boogie boards were a nice surprise! We had a minor issue with the dishwasher and management was super quick to have a technician a few hours later to check it.

We had a great stay in Waikaloa, this place is easy walking distance to necessities and comfortable driving distance to all the great beaches and many other attractions. The house was well equipped but not cluttered. We really enjoyed our stay.
