Fees are $95.00 per person, per round. There are three 9-hole courses (Kings Nine, Lakes Nine and Beach Nine). Guests can combine two courses for a total of 18 holes. Golf Club Rentals are $50.00.

PLEASE NOTE: The Fairway Villas at Waikoloa will be undergoing exterior painting from September 2026 through November 2027. Building E is scheduled for August 13-September 15, 2027. This project should be a reasonably unobtrusive project and not affect guest stays.

PARKING: Parking for one car in a reserved parking spot. Only one car allowed for overnight parking with this vacation rental. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
HOT TUB Per the HOA rules at Waikoloa Fairway Villas, children under the age of 12 are not allowed in or around the spa/hot tub area.
NON SMOKING: This vacation rental is a smoke and vape free property. No smoking or vaping allowed on the premises
PET POLICY: Pets not allowed
BABY EQUIPMENT: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please reach out for references to a local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
START UP SUPPLIES PROVIDED: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Wonderful property , easy to walk around had everything we needed
Nice location and very comfortable. A/C worked very well.Only negative comment would be that the washing machine and dishwasher need a good cleaning.
The condo was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The furniture was new and in good condition. We contacted the host and asked them to turn up the heat on the water for showers and they promptly did so and it was helpful. We enjoyed the lanai and that the condo was walking distance to many shops and even the beach.
Condo was fabulous! Clean, cute furnishings and comfy beds(though I prefer firmer). Kitchen had everything we needed. AC worked well and there was great water pressure. We always are looking for rentals with the golf attached and this one has been the best so far! We will look for it next time! Maintenance had to come once for a chirping smoke detector and did so quickly and painlessly. The only thing I would change as an aging Gen Xer is the master bath toilet. It was soooo low-my hips were angry!
I'm grateful we didn't have to worry about potential buyers coming through as that doesn't make it a relaxing vacation.
Great property with view of fairway from living room and lanai. Outdoor seating was an awesome place for having breakfast or lounging without direct sun. The unit was clean with upgrades as described. We loved the ground floor unit with no stairs!

This was our second stay and it was just as amazing as the first! Everything is super clean, the management staff gets back to us right away with any issues, the location is perfect for walking to the shops. Cannot recommend this place enough.
We will definitely be staying at this condo again! Tile floors throughout, brand new appliances, and everything was super clean. We even asked about getting something for bugs outside and resortica was on it! Cannot recommend this place enough!
The great thing about this rental is you still get that resort experience but with a quiet, spacious, well appointed space to go back to at the end of the day. The property is amazing, and the management staff really go out of their way to make sure everything runs smooth. I can't say enough good things about it. Only draw back was that I was disappointed in the restaurant options in Waikoloa.Beach. Many close well before their posted hours and most are overpriced for mediocre food. Fortunately, this unit has an amazing kitchen and the property has a great grilling area.
