Imagine your well-deserved vacation at a gorgeous three bedroom, two and a half bath townhouse at the Waikoloa Colony Villas - a luxury, gated community located in the prestigious Waikoloa Beach Resort. The townhome is the former model built in 2004 with the best location in all of the Colony Villa's development since used as a model and is adjacent to the 15th green of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. The home enjoys incredible views of the tree-lined course and is considered the premium unit in the Colony Villas due to its unique location.
Enjoy your privacy in this spacious unit with no neighbors above or below you. The home is located in a quieter location of the resort which makes it so much more peaceful as you are sitting in your private Lanai. The lanai faces the golf course and an expansive lawn area and is perfectly situated for the best view in the entire development. The unit has been thoughtfully furnished in a contemporary island style. The floor plan of our unit with its three bedrooms is perfect for couples traveling together. The townhouse has an open kitchen/great room that is ideal for relaxing with friends and family after a day spent exploring the Big Island or a round of golf on one of the two golf courses on the property.
The gourmet kitchen, with granite counters and GE appliances, has everything you will need to create a wonderful meal. The living room has cable television with DVD/CD Stereo for your enjoyment. DVR for you to record your favorite programs while you are out exploring. Hi Speed Internet and a computer with laser printer is included for your personal use. The master has a King size bed,ceiling fan ,flat screen TV and a small balcony overlooking the golf course. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed,ceiling fan and a TV. The third bedroom has two twins,ceiling fan, a TV . Take in that perfect evening island air while having cocktails on the lower covered private lanai. Two of bathrooms have beautiful marble counters and soaking tubs. The unit also includes a private washer and dryer. Linens are provided .
This private gated community consists of 27 two-story villas situated along the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. Each villa contains six individual townhouses built in a traditional Hawaiian architecture. The low density design and location along the golf course are ideal for relaxing and taking in the beauty of the Hawaii - from the lush plant life to the gentle trade winds. Guests at the townhouse have use of two swimming pools and hot tub as well as a fitness center, Weber barbecues, and Clubhouse with party deck, kitchen and lounge.
The Waikoloa Beach Resort is located about 18 miles north of the Kona Airport on the Kohala Coast. At Waikoloa you will find two award winning golf courses (Waikoloa Beach Course and Kings' Course), great shopping and activities at the Kings' Shops, the amazing Kings' Trail--an ancient footpath among the lava fields, the Hilton Waikoloa--with the Dolphin Quest program, shops and dining, and the gorgeous beach and fish ponds at Anaeho'omalu Bay (about one mile from Waikoloa Colony Villas). Our hosts were amazing. Quick with answering all our questions and we had a lively place full of everything we could need. Would 100% stay with them again!
My family of 5 (4 adults and a teenager)had a great stay at the property. It's in a great location to explore the whole of the island, in particular some of the best beaches. The property is well maintained, spacious and well equipped, with everything we needed for our stay, including everything required for the beach.There is also an excellent pool and fitness room in the complex.
Beautiful community with great pool. House had every amenity needed and was so great to have the beach gear, coolers and extra towels available. Wilson was very prompt in response and made the stay very easy. Easy 2 min drive to A bay and shops, as well as several walking trails near Hilton.
This property was everything it said it was and more! Beautiful, quiet, great location, wonderful hosts that were very accommodating and communicative. Highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future!

This was a beautiful spot in a beautiful area! We especially appreciated thoughtful amenities that were available like beach chairs and umbrellas, snorkeling gear, coolers and freezer blocks, and lots of kitchen items that were helpful! It was great to have such things available that would be difficult to bring on the flight!
Would definitely recommend this villa! It is spacious and well designed and was comfortable for our family. It was very clean. The owners have decorated, furnished and equipped it well so it was comfortable for us and everything we needed was provided. We only cooked breakfast there but the kitchen was well equipped to cook other meals too. The location is perfect in sunny Waikoloa and we enjoyed the gym, pool and tennis courts within the complex. The owners are good communicators and had clear instructions for checking in and checking out. They were flexible to let us check in early and check out an hour late due to our flight timings.
My family enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, just as it was described and stocked with all we needed! The check in process was easy. Yuen was great to communicate with. I highly recommend and would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay with our family. This location was perfect for us. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. You can walk to beach, shops, coffee, and other rentals easily. The pool was gorgeous. Highly recommend!
The property was exactly like the images, and was very clean and well stocked with kitchen wares. The location was close to places such as Foodland for groceries (Costco and Walmart are about 30 minutes south, close to the airport), and a black sand beach with amazing snorkeling. When traveling to the Hilo side of the island, the property was very close to the road that cuts through the middle of the island making it easy to reach places such as volcano national park a little easier than using the north or south routes that can take much longer. The Captain Cook area is about 1 hour south. During our stay, whenever we had questions for Wilson, he was very responsive via text. There is a large amount of beach items available in the garage, such as snorkeling gear, pool noodles, beach toys, chairs, and boogie boards. We borrowed most of these for our beach adventures, which made things much easier than having to purchase our own. Having three bathrooms was prefect for our group of 7. The sofa bed in the living room was very helpful for our group as well. The pool at the complex was perfect for the kids during those days we didn't go to the beach. The only issue we had was parking two cars at times. One reserved spot is available near the unit, while the second car needs to park in one of very few unreserved spots. Wilson was very helpful when no extra spots were available one evening. We would definitely stay here again for future trips if available.
The townhouse was actually bigger and brighter than the pictures suggest and as we were there for a full 2 months, it was nice to have a big bright space. It is well laid out, well equipped and has a good layout for families. For almost 3 weeks we had our son, his wife and 3 kids and there was plenty of room for us all. What also made the stay particularly enjoyable was how responsive our host was. There was also lots of beach equipment which the family certainly took advantage of. The beach was a bit of a walk but there was always parking there so that was not a problem and the pool was very close.
