The property was directly adjacent to the entry gate with a constant flow of traffic thru the gates. The condo DOES NOT have an exterior parking space and the so-called free spaces were constantly occupied by other owners who used red cones to block access for others, therefore, renters had to park in an extremely tight garage. Also, upstairs bedroom did not have a chair or bench seat so that you could sit down and put on your socks and shoes. I just used the stairs. Otherwise, the place was well located in Waikaloa Village, and had a great updated interior.
It was great. Good layout, easily accessible, pretty good location. Close to pool. Had beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and sand toys and snorkel sets.
We really like our stay here. The house is well updated and all the things provided were in good condition. The area was quiet and spacious. It was at the end unit that is close to a kid friendly pool. Most amenities were provided for our week long stay. Parking can be tight. We had to use extra care going in/out with our van. Management was responsive to our questions and needs. Plenty of beach accessories were left behind for us to use. Overall, we would recommend this place to others and would like return here in the future.

We stayed at this property during our trip to the big island to visit family. It was a great unit for our small family, and worked out well for us. The unit was well equipped with supplies for the kitchen, pool, and beach.
Great place to stay if you’re looking for a 2bed/2bath condo. Pools on the complex are nice and the condo comes with 3 beach chairs and an umbrella. They should add one more beach chair….
The condo was clean, property manager was very communicative and for a family of 5 it worked really well. The pool was a bit cool (some would say refreshing) but overall it is a good unit in a good development.
This property was perfect for our family of 6 with a great location on the island. We enjoyed all of the beaches within 10 miles and loved having Queens and King Market close by for coffee, food, and treats. The condo is beautifully updated with a very clean and fresh feel. Having chairs, umbrella, and various beach toys available along with a stocked kitchen sure makes traveling easier. Thank you for a great week!
We had a great time and love the area
Incredible remodeled place! Very clean and stocked with supplies and beach items. Grocery store and shopping village close, lots of walking paths. Pool is nice! Great location, just note you do have to drive to any nearby beach which is totally fine and there is not a BBQ right out back there is one at the pool. Thanks again!
