Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a one car garage and an additional reserved parking stall. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are nor allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: Community hot tub.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite
Tennis/Pickleball Court: Tennis/Pickleball Court onsite on a first come, first serve basis
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.

Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.

The Waikoloa Colony Villas are a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located close the Waikoloa Beach Golf Pro-Shop and Driving Range. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Colony Villas.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Well-stocked kitchen. We tried two pools in the complex -- preferred the one with a water feature & hot tub. We enjoyed using the provided beach towels, chairs & bodyboards. Great stay!

The property was amazing! We loved everything about it. The beds were comfortable. It was clean and had supplies such as beach items that we could use. I would stay at this property again.
Perfect spot for our family of 4 with 2 small kids. They loved the pools close by.
Property was clean and very well managed with complete instructions on opening and closing the unit. Everything was clearly labeled, eliminating confusion over lighting, wifi, flat screen and washer/dryer. The unit AC temperature was fixed at 74 degrees, which was too cold for me and didn't seem to shut off when the sliders were open.
