PLEASE NOTE: maintenance work on the swimming pools at Waikoloa Colony Villas is scheduled for Sep 14-25, 2026. There are two pools onsite. Only one pool will be closed at a time. There will be pool access to one of the pools. Please reach out with any questions.

Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking stall. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are nor allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: One community hot tub
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Tennis/Pickleball Court: Tennis/Pickleball Court onsite on a first come, first serve basis
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: Community BBQ near the swimming pools
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.

The Waikoloa Colony Villas are a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located close the Waikoloa Beach Golf Pro-Shop and Driving Range. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Colony Villas.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Amenities were great. Well equipped kitchen and lots of beach stuff to borrow. Very clean and comfortable. Half a star off because toaster only toasted one side of the bread. Office staff said they would bring another one and never did.
easy stay w/in Waikoloa resort area. Non golf view unit was freshly furnished and very comfortable, well equipped Kitchen for our use. We agree queen bed in master bedroom should be King (as others have commented). Electronic checkin/out super easy and rental agency professional.
The condo was clean, comfortably and luxe. We were impressed with all the rooms, including decor and accessories. Great location for walking, relaxing by the pool or just a base in between visiting all the island has to offer. Would definitely recommend!
