Hilton Pool Pass: Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.

Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a one car garage and an additional reserved parking stall. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are nor allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: One community hot tub
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Tennis/Pickleball Court: Tennis/Pickleball Court onsite on a first come, first serve basis. Tennis and Pickleball equipment provided.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: Community BBQ near the swimming pools
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
TV: TV located in Living Room and Master Bedroom
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.
Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.
Waikoloa Colony Villas 1605 is located in Building 16 at the Waikoloa Colony Villas. The Waikoloa Colony Villas are townhouse style accommodations. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
The Waikoloa Colony Villas are a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located close the Waikoloa Beach Golf Pro-Shop and Driving Range. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Colony Villas.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

It was a spacious well equipped clean 2 story home. The pool amenity at the Hilton was great. Great rental.
Kitchen had plenty of utensils for indoor and outdoor cooking. Location to the pool and tennis court was great. The unit matched exactly how the pictures were online. Overall a great place to stay and a great location.
Our 4th trip to Waikoloa, second to this neighborhood. The condo was very clean and tidy, exactly as advertised and the Hilton pool pass was great. Proximity to shopping, store, beach and walking paths are a huge plus. Would definitely rent again. Thank you!
Great location and had all the beach gear one would need!
Overall it was nice. It was clean but could use a deeper cleaning. Some of the trim and molding was loose in certain areas. It would be great if it had a standard toaster and keurig. Very spacious and private. The pool area could use lighting at night. Would definitely recommend this property.
We had such a blast! My daughters enjoyed lounging by the pool and sleeping in their own room! It was a weekend full of smiles and laughter.
Our vacation in Waikoloa couldn't have gone any smoother, despite having to cut our stay one night short due to the tsunami warning. The unit included almost everything we needed for our 3 night visit. The day pass to the Hilton was a nice touch too. Our 3 year old loved all the pools and water slides there. My Mom and nephews had a blast playing pickleball at the courts right outside, especially since the unit came with all the equipment. Thank you so much. We hope to come back soon.

The property was tucked off the main neighborhood loop, providing privacy. The property was very clean and well decorated. We had everything we needed.
The home was more spacious than the pictures showed and had plenty of room for the 5 of us and would easily accommodate 2-3 more people!Kitchen was supplied with utensils and cooking needs. Bedding was comfortable and there were additional blankets if needed. Was nice to have designated pool towels and a pool and hot tub a short walk away. Plenty of beach gear and the kids really enjoyed the available sand toys and flippers. They also utilized the toy bin, board games, and books. The access to the Hilton Resort was a fabulous perk with its variety of amenities including pools, slides, lagoon, and dolphin viewing.
Kitchen was stocked. We use VRBO because we dont eat out a lot and this was the first kitchen we didnt have to use our own or buy pots and pans. Overall pretty clean. Great for a few days get away. Office staff on site was great. Would definatley recommend.

Waikoloa area was recommended by a friend and found this gem to stay in. Beautiful home with everything you can think of needed for a perfect stay. Beautiful beaches near by, pools, grilling area and more! Highly recommend!

Waikoloa is always a beautiful place to stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and we had all the accommodations, including beach towels, chairs, and toys. Just make sure that if you were arriving prior to check in time that you make arrangements. The door is on a timer and will not let you in until after scheduled time. The house had everything that we needed, including barbecue and pool on premises and a Hilton Waikoloa pool pass. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was ideally arranged for multiple adults to share. The kitchen was well supplied and living areas very comfortable, as were the bedrooms. The on-sight pools and pass to the Hilton's offered lots of options for relaxation. We had a couple questions that were answered quickly. Everything was extremely professional. The location was ideal for taking advantage of all the island had to offer.
If you're staying in the Waikoloa area, this gorgeous condo is a gem! The property is tucked out of the way but on the Waikoloa loop, so pools and shops are mere minutes away. It comfortably housed our party of 4 to 6 with enough space that we weren't in each others' hair. And the management company is very responsive and easy to work with!
