Waikoloa Colony Villas 101.
PLEASE NOTE: maintenance work on the swimming pools at Waikoloa Colony Villas is scheduled for Sep 14-25, 2026. There are two pools onsite. Only one pool will be closed at a time. There will be pool access to one of the pools. Please reach out with any questions.
HILTON POOL PASS: Valid for stays now through December 31, 2026. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. 10% discount on spa treatments, lagoon toy and cabana rental and food at Lagoon Grill, Orchid Marketplace and Shaka Cone. No blackout dates. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be guests of ResorticaHawaii. There are no exceptions to this policy, and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased; they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticaHawaii vacation rental properties. If a pass is lost or damaged, there is an up to $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.

Beach Equipment: All our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.

Non-Smoking: All our vacation rentals are Non-Smoking – including e-cigarettes. There is a designated smoking area at Colony Villas.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please inquire directly with us for a local company that rents, delivers, and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking stall. There is no garage access. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are nor allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools. Hot Tub: One community hot tub
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Tennis/Pickleball Court: Tennis/Pickleball Court onsite on a first come, first serve basis
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout. Temperature control set at 72 degrees.
BBQ: Community BBQ near the swimming pools
Washer and Dryer: All our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: Basic Cable. TV located in living room, master bedroom, and downstairs guest bedroom.
WIFI: WI-FI included.

Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.
Kitchen: Cookware, drinkware, utensils, dishware, drip style coffee maker, blender, rice cooker.
Waikoloa Colony Villas #101 is in Building 1 just steps from the pool! Property updated in October 2023 with new luxury vinyl and carpet, cabinets, sleeper sofa, TV’s and other finishings.
#101 is a two-story end unit with high ceilings and lots of natural light. The master bedroom and bath are located upstairs, and guest bedroom located on the ground floor. One assigned parking spot. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation! The Waikoloa Colony Villas are a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located close to the Waikoloa Beach Golf Pro-Shop and Driving Range. The Waikoloa Queens’ Marketplace shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings’ Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaeho’omalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Colony Villas with ample public parking nearby.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Our stay was wonderful and our hosts were very helpful! The residence was clean and had absolutely everything we could have needed. Having access to the Hilton pools was a definite bonus in addition to the Colony Villa pool. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The home was great! Convenient location, safe, very clean, and comfortable for our family of 4. We had everything we needed for the week as far as home and kitchen essentials, space to relax, and access to amenities!

Very clean, well equipped with kitchen and beach supplies. Very comfortable stay! Only suggestion is to provide more washcloths to avoid having to wash each night.

We used it every evening till 10 p.m. Hilton pool it's just small paradise two minutes drive from your stay! two huge pools with five slides and many hottubs plus ocean pool you can snorkelling with sea tortules just inside the hotel!
