Located in the desirable Waikoloa Beach Villas, guests will also enjoy plentiful onsite amenities such as two swimming pools and spas, a common barbeque area, and a private gym.
Hale Laki is situated within the Waikoloa Beach Villas, a luxurious gated community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on Hawaii’s Big Island. This prime location offers guests a blend of comfort, convenience, and access to a variety of attractions.
We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use. Beach towels are available for guests.
Outside of the resort, you’ll be within a short distance or a short drive to Queens’ Marketplace and the Kings’ Shops, both offering a variety of shopping, café, and dining options along with grocery and cinema. Experience swimming, snorkeling, and full days relaxing on the sands of ‘Anaeho’omalu Bay, taking a break for lunch with a stroll down to the Lava Lava Beach Club. For the golfers among you, not only does this community overlook the Waikoloa Village Golf Course, but the championship golf courses at Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hapuna Prince, and the Waikoloa Beach and Waikoloa Kings Courses are all within easy reach as well.

Steps away, the chef’s kitchen is fully quipped for all of your mealtime needs, showcasing stainless steel appliances, glossy stone countertops, and sleek cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Dine together at the table with seating for 6 or enjoy a more casual bite up at the counter on high-top stools for 4. When you need some quiet time to yourself or should you need to catch up on some emails, the loft offers a dedicated workspace along with a sofa, allowing you to fully focus on the task at hand.
This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper in the upstairs loft.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, and a smart TV.
Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.
The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, each with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Private garage available for 1 vehicle, plus space for another vehicle in driveway.
• This home is equipped with outdoor security cameras at the garage and front door, monitoring the entrances and driveway.
• Keurig/K-cup coffee machine for guest use.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.
Waikoloa Villas is centrally located and provides easy driving distances to many of the Big Island’s attractions. ‘Anaeho’omalu Bay and the Waikoloa Resort area are just 5 minutes away where you can enjoy amazing snorkeling along coral reefs or take leisurely strolls along a mile-long white sand beach or the secluded coves among rows of coconut palms and ancient Hawaiian fishponds. Mountain and sea canyon hiking can also be found nearby.
When in Hawaii, you must of course make the most of the many beaches, hikes, and water activities available. Make sure you also dive into the unique culture of Kona, where coffee shops source beans straight from Kona coffee farms, Big Wave Golden Ale is brewed fresh at the Kona Brewpub, and local farmers markets are teeming with artisan goods and just-harvested produce.

Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful place!!! Loved the pool, all the shops close by, so close to all our snorkeling adventures and beaches!! We will be back for sure!!!
Convenient location near shops, beach and pool. Spectacular view of gulf course and mountains. Condo was spacious and luxurious for the family. We appreciated the beach chairs, beach umbrella and boogie boards. We would rent here again.
Beautiful, well appointed property. The host thought of most everything to make an enjoyable stay.The drawbacks we encountered were a clogged bathtub in the second floor bedroom (not the primary ensuite) and a malfunctioning small blind in the living room, left of the TV. The non-functional bathroom was inconvenient as there were 6 in our party. I notified Grand Welcome on the first night; the service agent stated she would notify the office and someone would come in the morning (Saturday). I made a second call on Sunday morning @ 0900.No one showed up until 1:00PM Sunday afternoon. In the ensuite bathroom of the primary bedroom, the glass shower door does not close completely as the strip @ the bottom of the door is out of alignment.Also, y'all might think about installing grab bars in theshower areas of the bathrooms to promote safety.

The house had everything you'd need for an extended stay. We had our 2 and 4 year old so having a pack and play, floatation devices and toys was great. They loved the pool and actually learned to swim in it! Very close to shops, resorts and beaches. Lava Lava Beach Club was especially nice! All responses from host were prompt and helpful. Will hope to stay again, Mahalo!
