Beach Access, A-Bay Beach, a 5 minute drive. Our beautiful luxurious two-bedroom, two-bath penthouse condo located in a private gated community. Enjoy your vacation in a tropical paradise at the Waikoloa Beach Villas. From our third floor, enjoy beautiful mountain and fairway views, tropical breezes, and the tranquility you deserve. We have a local agent and Principal Broker for Hawaii Signature Properties Joe Morris who lives close by and is able to assist our guests if there is a need. Our home is designed to feel like a tropical home away from home. Living/ dining area is 1209 SQFT, living area featuring Hawaiian/tropical furnishing and artwork, central air conditioning, comfy couch and love seat, 62 inch smart tv, wireless internet, dining room glass top for 4, cathedral ceiling with bamboo ceiling fans. The lanai /patio: large private lanai with views of the golf course/mountains, built in summer kitchen wet bar , including Viking Professional stainless steel BBQ gas grill, hood, granite countertop, teak table with 4 barstools and a comfy teak bench. Kitchen: breakfast counter with 4 barstools, granite countertops, mahogany cherry cabinets, tile floor, stainless steel appliances,wine refrigerator, desk/chair, all of cooking and eating utensils and lots of spices. Master Bedroom: spacious with sterns and foster king size mattress, tropical inspired furniture,, dresser and night tables with plenty of storage, ceiling fan, large flat screen tv. Master Bathroom: walk in and enjoy, double vanity sinks, walk in shower, separate toilet, and a walk in closet. Guest Bedroom: private room with queen size bed, tropical inspired furniture- dresser and night tables & flat screen tv. Guest Bathroom: single vanity, tub/shower, toilet. Stackable, full washer + dryer for your convenience .

Walking distance to the sparking shores and white sand beach
Anaeho' omalu Bay where you can snorkel, scuba dive, ride a glass bottom boat and take amazing sunset photos. Across the street from the condo is Queen's MarketPlace that has a Luxury in Cinema Movie theater, Starbucks, upscale shopping, foodcourt and lots of restaurants.
A short 15 minute drive north is the world famous Hapuna Beach and Mauna Kea Beach.
Once you are here you will find many things to do - you might have a hard time deciding where to start. Helicopter sightseeing rides are less than a mile away from the condo, sucking in Kona, hiking, horseback riding, zip linings, snorkeling , luau's, fine dining , swim with the dolphins at the Hilton. This is Resort living at its finest.

Perfect family destination.
Very easy access and great communicationwith property manager. Stayed over Christmas with teen and inlaws. Close to shops, beaches, dining, and mega resorts. Equal driving distance 2.5 hrs to Volcanoe's one direction and Black sand beach the other.

Property was beautiful. Lots of space. Lanai was so relaxing. Pool and hot tub in complex were great. Appreciate excellent communication from the host. Also was super helpful to have access to beach chairs, umbrella, cooler. Location was great— close to beaches, dining, shopping. Would definitely stay here again!
We loved our 3 night stay in this condo. The unit is just as advertised in the photos. Beautiful, very clean and quiet. Super easy access to the unit via the elevator, which was great for my elderly mother. Great location close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Well stocked kitchen. The beach equipment was great. Communication with the property manager was quick and helpful. I can't say enough good things about this place. I'd love to stay here again.

We spent a week at this property in the Waikaloa Beach Resort and it was absolutely fantastic. The condo itself exceeded all of our expectations. It was incredibly clean, well appointed, and located in what we thought was the perfect location. We were within walking distance of shopping at the Queens and Kings markets as well as numerous different dining options. The markets were great, and a lot of the food was reasonably priced considering it's Hawaii. We were able to purchase things for dinner on multiple different nights and had the ability to cook right in the condo with either the grill or their incredible kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice, and had plenty of room to accommodate us very comfortably. Additionally, the gear in the garage was a huge benefit. We used the chairs and the snorkel gear almost every day, and could've also taken advantage of the bikes, cooler, and beach umbrellas if we needed them. One last thing - this is a great central location for all the best beaches. We were able to easily get to Manini'owali Beach, Mauna Kea Beach, Hapuna Beach and others along the coast without having to plan a huge trek. Everything about this location was exceptional, and we would definitely book it again!
We absolutely loved the week we spent in this condo. Believe all the rave reviews - it's all that and more. Better than the photos. So well set-up literally anything we looked for was there and then some... you can really see that EVERYTHING has been thought of! It was super quiet and private and the outlook from the lanai over the golf course was lovely. The air-con and fans were great, we were always super comfortable. The gear in the garage was amazing. There are lots of same-same condos in this area but this one really stands out due to the amenities, set-up and an engaged property manager who answered the one question we had very quickly. Really we didn't have to contact him because everything was perfect.
This was our second stay at the property and certainly not our last. Everything about it is great along with the full amenities. Nothing like a steak or mahi mahi dinner grilled on the lanai!
Access to beaches
This is our third stay in this condo. Joseph is wonderful to deal with. Condo has everything you need including great pool and gym. We will continue coming here every year. Just a walk across street for shopping, food and entertainment. Close to beaches. Lots to see and do on the island and we even got to watch the volcano erupting this year!
Nothing but superlatives for this jewel of a condo. Spacious, immaculate, comfy bed, well laid out, fluffy towels, big bathrooms. Two large TVs with reliable cable. A stacked washer and dryer. Quiet. A lovely view of the mountains. Easy parking. The kitchen has every convenience you might need from an ample supply of plastic wrap and foil to a rice cooker. The property manager, Joe, is delightful and accommodating. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
This is a very nice condo in a beautiful community. The unit is roomier than expected with large living area, kitchen, bedrooms and bath. The outdoor deck with grill and table was a wonderful spot for eating overlooking the golf course.The beds were comfortable, showers were very nice, wifi was strong and fast, and it was equipped with everything you'd need on vacation. The condo community is beautifully landscaped and has a lovely pool and hot tub. From what we could see, I'd say it was the nicest area with Waikoloa. It's an easy walk to 2 shopping areas (the coffee and açaí bowls at Island Vintage Coffee in the King's shops are a must), a walkable to a nice beach and hiking trails.Definitely recommended, especially if you want to be in a resort community.
Beautiful condo on the sunny side of island. Condo extremely clean and well stocked. Beds wonderfully comfortable. Lanai beautiful with great Viking grill. Only thing that could be improved would be more comfortable lanai furniture. Overall outstanding location.
We loved our stay here, the location was great the condo was fully stocked with high quality things. The place was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed on the island. The beach gear was in great condition and so helpful to have. The property manager was quick to respond and very helpful. We would absolutely stay here again
My husband and I were able to check in early and able to set up before the rest of the family arrived. The location is central to the island’s best beaches. The condo is very comfortable and quiet. Two swimming pools to choose. Mahalo.
We had issues with the smoke detectors but Joseph was quick to respond each time. Overall, we liked the unit. It was well stocked with anything you would need to cook in the room. It was nice to sit on the lanai and watch the golfers go by, and a short walk to Kings Market was very handy.
My wife and I stayed here for 5 days during our honeymoon in Hawaii. There were plenty of supplies provided for us; dishes, mugs, towels, etc. For two people this was more than enough space. We really enjoyed the deck where we enjoyed our breakfast each day while we planned the days adventures!
The condo was very nice and comfortable. Jo was very nice to work with. Our only complaint was we ended up getting noisy neighbors that were very inconsiderate. There was constant banging noises. There were a few times we actually felt something rattle our floor. We are so used to having mostly quiet stays. . Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
Super relaxing and well cared for unit!
My wife and I have been visiting Waikoloa Beach for over 10 years always staying at the Marriott and those stays were great, but the location, quality and cost of the condo was fabulous. As a matter of fact, we are already looking to reserve for next year!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. Location was perfect. Easy walk or a very short drive to the beach. All shopping is right across the street from the condo. It was clean and comfortable with all the stuff you could need. Only complaint is that our stay was not long enough.
We stayed 2 weeks and it was a perfect place to stay. Has everything you need and more. Close to Abay, stores, golf, and restaurants . We definitely will rent again if possible.

My husband and I spent 6 nights here and thought it was great in all the ways. The location is so convenient. The floor plan is great! We loved having a grill on the lanai! The pool, hot tub and gym were rarely busy and we enjoyed those accommodations. The condo was well stocked with linens, beach towels, beach gear, and kitchen staples. Thank you, Joseph. We enjoyed our stay in the beautifully decorated condo. We ate breakfast each morning on the deck overlooking the golf course. The kitchen was well equipped. The master bedroom was spacious and comfortable. We would stay here again.
We have stayed here four or five times and it is perfect for our needs! Close to Queen’s shops, King’s and the OCEAN! We love it here!
