Great unit in a great location.
Great unit and area and close to everything in Waikoloa. Kona Coast Vacations was great to deal with. Very clean grounds and pool area. Bbq on the deck was a nice to have. If I could I would rate a 4.5 I would but it’s not a 5 ( short sheets on the bed, dishwasher is old and doesn’t work as good as it could, mix mash of cutlery, glasses, 3 broken Tommy chairs in the garage etc, things just getting a bit dated )

Really enjoyed our stay. The place is great. Only feedback is grill needs some work and the beach chairs have a fair amount of wear. We highly recommend this property
Fantastic location, walking distance to Kings and Queens shopping and eateries. Property very clean, and had basics stocked to meet our needs.
Walking distance to King/Queen shops which has lots to do. Like that there are 2 pools for the whole property. Very quiet and clean grounds.
We love this area and have stayed in Waikoloa Beach Villas several times. The home was beautiful and convenient for my family (2 adults, 1 three year old, and 2 seniors). Commmunication with property management was excellent. The temp at 72 degrees worked well for us. Would definitely stay here again.
This unit had it all: views, space, location, amenities. Our questions were answered promptly and all needed info was communicated clearly. Would definitely return!
