Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays now through December 31, 2026. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.
Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: BBq Grill on the lanai
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: Basic Cable. TV located in Living Room, Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.

Waikoloa Beach Villas M33 is located on the third floor of the M Building. There is elevator and/or stair access to the third floor. Offering views of the golf course and tropical resort landscape. Stunning island inspired décor. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Beautiful, clean, quiet place. Perfect location. Great host.
Excellent communication with host, unit was clean, comfortable and had a beautiful view. We LOVED having the Hilton pass included. Excellent stay, highly recommend!
It was lovely that the property was so close to the shopping center and we the pass to the Hilton poo was a great plusl!! The outdoor space was amazing. Great, quiet view of the golf course and the sunset and we loved the grill. All in all a very luxurious stay and we enjoyed it thoroughly.
Property was great, nice location. However it was not properly prepared in my opinion. The ice dispenser was jammed with a judge frozen mass. We had to try and thaw it out and remove the iceberg.The sink in the Master bathroom would not drain.The Dishwasher did not clean well. Had to remove a huge wad of hair and clear the holes in the spinners, they were clogged with something.
Enjoyed the view from the third floor , because there was high winds many days the Hilton pass was a great way to be on the beach without getting blown away
This property is our go-to when visiting the Big Island. We would rather stay here than with our own family because of all the amenities that are included with booking, the amount of space, a full kitchen, lanai with bbq range, living room, two full bathrooms and in unit laundry. The space is so beautiful, clean and spacious, it’s home away from home. The weather in Waikoloa is sunny and perfect 99% of the time. You’re walking distance to two shopping centers, multiple restaurants and a lil grocery store/market. We stayed in this particular home a few times and have loved every single time. We’ve referred our family and friends to book here and have never had any issues with checking in or out. Communication and customer service has always been a great experience. Thank you for sharing your space with us once again! We’ll be back!
Great property. Very comfortable. Well stocked for beach. Hilton pass a plus. Great communication with management company. Would 100% stay here again or rent from same management company.
Had a great time. Second bedroom badly needs blackout blinds since outside the lights are on all night. Also, would be great if rentals only used Unscented laundry detergent. We didn't use anything but everything we brought smells like that gross detergent. Condo was otherwise great and in a good location. Try the Gypsea gelato in the Kimgs shops!!!
Our unit was everything as advertised. Homey and comfortable with a beautiful view/lanai over the golf course and horizon. A nice quiet complex that’s very convenient to shopping and a short walk to Lava Lava Beach Club, and A bay for amazing sunsets. Will definitely stay here again!
We had a great stay. The unit it lovely. The carpet is the worst part and it needs to be removed. Overall through, the unit is awesome. It’s large and felt comfortable for our family of five. I’d come back for sure.
Great venue. The house is very clean. It seems like the VRBO has thought of everything you need to start your vacation immediately. Even the reusable ice packs were already frozen and ready to be added to the cooler! The view was nice and private overlooking the golf course. There is a lot of useful items in the garage and I LOVE the Hilton Pool Pass!

This condo is in the beautiful Waikoloa Resort and is well located near shops and restaurants. The kitchen is large snd well stocked as is the garage with everything needed for beach outings. While it is moderately priced compared to other units in this area there were issues that impacted comfort. Unfortunately it was not a great fit for us for a few reasons. First, we were not able to sleep well in the bedroom with two beds in it because it was hot and the thermostat does not allow you to set it below 74 degrees, additionally the window faces the lit walkways to the front door and has blinds but no blackout curtain so the room does not get completely dark. Between the temperature and light coming in we did not get a good night sleep in that room. Also, we do not recommend this condo if you want to relax in the living room as the couches are very uncomfortable. They are old and the cushions and arm rests have no padding or support. Some new couches and curtains in the bedroom are very much needed.
