Waikoloa is a very walkable area. Queen's Marketplace is just across the street and includes a movie theater, grocery store, Starbucks, and plenty of shops and restaurants. Even more shopping and dining options, including A-Bay's grill with the ice bar, are found at the King's Shops just another block away. You'll want to spend at least one sunset at Lava Lava Beach Club where you can drink and dine in the open-air bar or at one of the many tables right on the beach. Just a mile away, you can swim with dolphins at Dolphin Quest, or get a different perspective of the entire island on a Blue Hawaiian helicopter tour less than a mile and a half off the highway.

Very well stocked, well furnished, quiet, and peaceful with great views of the golf course and Mauna Loa and MMauna Kea. Close to all amenities.
Waikoloa Beach condos is definitely a little slice of paradise in a perfect location, right across the street from a great shopping center with restaurants and close to many attractions. This specific unit was clean and comfortable. The property management company was available and communicative. The only suggestions we had were to upgrade to a smart TV where we could stream our own services. The dishwasher may also need a little work. Otherwise, we had a fabulous stay!
A accommodations
This condo is in a great location with the community pool nearby and the shopping centers within a 5 minute walk for that all important morning coffee. We utilized the beach chairs which are in the garage, but there were plenty of other beach toys as well. I can also report that the carpets were clean, so that maintenance that a previous guest noted has been dealt with. Overall, this is a wonderful condo to use as a home base for exploring the island.
This condo is located right across from the Queen’s Market and central to many great beaches. Hāpuna is our favorite! It was clean and quiet. The pool is very peaceful. Out family enjoyed our stay. We did wish that there was access to beach equipment such as chairs and umbrellas and that check out was at 11am which seems to be the standard rather than 10am.
Great kids pool! Walk across the road to all the shops ABay beach grocery store and restaurants. Loved the golf course view and super comfortable lanai with its own bbq !
Hard to beat the combination of this units location, square footage, and price. The unit could use a some general maintenance. The carpets are badly in need of a good steam cleaning, or replacement. Guest bedroom light switch was broken. Other room lights were out. Missing bedroom sun blind, and garage key fob. Which got to be a little annoying.

The condo was lovely. It had pretty Hawaiian decor. It had a classy feel. The location was perfect! It was close to King & Queen shops, A-Bay beach - all walking distance. Then a short 10 minute drive to Hapuna beach my favorite.
Clean and handy for the beach nearby and the restaurant.
More than we expected. Really worth staying at this place. Nice people around and great apartment with everything you need and more. Little details makes a real difference. Thank you so much Vacasa
