Welcome to Waikoloa Beach Villas K22 located on the 3rd Fairway on the New lakes course! This charming 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with lanai and BBQ will make you never want to leave The Gold Coast! The Waikoloa Beach Villas is a gated community within walking distance of the Queen's and King's Shops. There are many beautiful golf courses and beaches in this area. The beach is about a 10-minute walk and a 5-minute drive. This unit also has a garage full of beach gear.
Interested in Golfing? Guests staying in our unit will receive discounted rates of $90 per person plus tax. Rental Clubs are $45 per set plus tax. All you folks have to do is book and pay on Waikoloa Golf We look forward to your stay!

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponges, dish soap, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid (ONLY for units that have dishwashers), paper towels, and toilet paper. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Here you'll find the ongoing battle between green forests, black lava fields, the ocean, and the rain and sunny days almost incomprehensible; the diversity is simply stunning. With that being said from time to time insects can be present outdoors and sometimes make their way indoors due to our tropical climate here in Hawaii. We share this information with you folks because we understand insects can be something to be fearful about or can be somewhat of a nuisance to some individuals. We would like to rest assured that we do schedule pest control services in our very tight schedule & do the maximum recommended to not harm people in the house/Condo which is once a month), but it's one of the few cons of tropical weather. Please know we go above and beyond for all of our guests and make sure to provide standard maintenance for extra comfort and an enjoyable time when staying with us here in Hawaii.

The room was clean, spacious, and user-friendly, and I was very satisfied.
We loved this condo! The location, amenities, cleanliness, communication were all great. We will definitely be back to stay again in this unit!

This condo was very nice and clean. Looks like the photos. Great location and stay. Nice short walk to Starbucks in the morning. Host was responsive. ***Suggestion: Allow guests early access to the garage to drop luggage off a couple hours early, and leave it a couple hours later. As to not overlap with next guest. With all the break-ins no-one wants to leave luggage in the car. ***My only issue---Possitive criticism---to MOST ALL VRBO's is the check in and check out times. For the price you pay, you should be able to have a little more time on either end. I feel the cleaning fee seems to be enough to hire a private cleaner that handles a few places at a time, thus not needing so many hours to clean, especially since guest do a lot of the work by stripping beds and starting a load. If the cleaning fee is lower, I can see needing more time as one person might be cleaning multiple units. Please do not take this as negative....I'm just throwing it out there. VRBO was great when it started.But fees are so high now, it's disappointing. *******MOST IMPORTANTLY--I would stay again in this unit. It was fantastic.

We were staying in Waimea and wanted to stay at a lower elevation for scuba diving. This condo was perfect for that. We never could get the internet or entertainment to work. We reached out to the manager, she was quick to respond to help us with the technology issue, however, we were unable to resolve the problem.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The second bath had issues with toilet continually running and the rug was not clean. If these two things were addressed I would rate this rental higher. For the price of the cleaning, this unit should have been spotless. Also, be prepared there is no recycling. The porch could have used a spray down as well, as the black tiles were pretty dirty when walked on with bare feet. Overall, had a good stay.
The property was absolutely amazing! Spacious, AC, stunning master bathroom, nice patio, extremely clean. The location was conveniently within walking distance of two outdoor malls, making shopping for fun (and for groceries) a breeze. The whole area was very upscale and I felt very safe walking around and going for early morning runs. So many awesome beaches nearby. Would definitely book again.
