Family-friendly Waikoloa Beach Villa C2 next to pool; walk to beach!

Great condo. Location was perfect and the unit was well stocked with supplies.

We had a wonderful stay. Frim booking, thru arrival and the stat, the owners and manager were welcoming, friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful , clean and comfortable condo. We look forward to visiting again soon!

We had a very nice time. The condo was clean, close to the pool and Queens Market. Plenty of kitchen supplies and beach toys. We have been to Wakiloa Beach properties many times and it's a quiet atmosphere with nice neighbors and staff. Super nice pool and hot tub. Very clean and well tended. We loved the birds nesting in the trees. We'll be back!

The condo was great, comfortable beds, great communication with the manager. Ability to have 2nd bedroom setup as a king or 2 twins was much appreciated! The only downfall is the pool rules are very strict! Perfect for older kids and adults but my boys are young. They like to throw a ball around and play Marco Polo but that is not allowed (we were the only ones in the pool area but got told no). So just a heads up for families with young kids!

We enjoyed our vacation. It was great to be walking distance to the Queen's and King Mall and only a few minutes from the beach. I was impressed with how quiet the air conditioner was. It was great that their was beach umbrellas in the garage.

Location was perfect and accommodations were excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here. We've been to many VRBO properties, and this one was one of the best-stocked...we didn't need to bring our own soap or buy extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, etc. The pantry had the basics (I've been to some that don't even have salt and pepper). Plus they had everything we'd want for the beach available for use. We LOVED the location and would highly recommend this area of Big Island. The host was super responsive and kind, but I was surprised by how much they communicated with us...most hosts don't text unless you contact them first with an issue in my experience.

It's our go to condo to stay at when in Waikoloa! Close to everywhere we need to be and having Queens Marketplace across the street is just great!

We had an amazing stay in Waikoloa Beach. The location was perfect- close to golf, shopping, restaurants, beach.The condo was lovely and had everything we needed- beach towels and gear, cooking supplies and Ziplock bags, and lots of room for everyone to spread out. The property manager was very helpful and the place was immactulate and well maintained.

Great location within walking distance of the Queens Marketplace and King’s shops and 15 minute drive to Hāpuna Beach. The kids enjoyed the pool within the complex. The unit was well equipped and was plenty of space for our family of 5.

Lovely property. The property manager put our minds at ease well before we boarded a plane with all the details and information. The listing doesn't detail just high high and spacious the ceiling is. Only downfall of our stay was that the air conditioning unit was broke and not able to turn on the entire stay. It was hot!! But Stacy brought two free standing fans to help. The thought was appreciated.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights and it was very nice! Pool was very close and had a rock water fall. Also had nice hot tub. There was an outdoor shopping center across the street called Queen’s Market-including a grocery store, shopping, restaurants. Highly recommend!

We’ve been to a number of units at Waikoloa Beach Resort and this was one of the best. Great unit, nice heated pool, everyone had a blast. Highly recommended.

Those were the first words my husband said upon entering the unit and ny daughter said, "this is amazing." The location was perfect for us, across from the conveniences of any shopping one would want or need, walking distance to beach and many lovely trails. The unit was beautifully set up, with everything you'd want in your own home (kitchen, bathroom, living room items). The bed was very comfortable and the couch was equally comfy. Everything about this home was perfect, and with exceptional little details to highlight the Hawaiian experience, we know this is a place we'll come to again and again. Thank you so much to the owners of this unit for opening your home to visitors to truly enjoy the Big Island. Thank you to Stacy for direct point of contact, you didn't miss a beat and were always available for us. From communication to stay and even when we got home, our only regret was not staying longer.

Really enjoyed our stay. Fully furnished and then some, near the pool and shopping centers, but quiet and peaceful. Property manager was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and stay there again, myself!

Originally planned to stay 3 nights, but we were so comfortable we extended our stay for a 4th night. The garage was great and there was also a pass to park in a stall which was helpful when we had a car and rented motorcyles for a day. Location was perfect! We walked across the street to the Queens Shops for breafast at Island Gourmet and to the kings shops for shopping and rentals.. i would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others! Also the king bedspread was super comf.

Everything was stocked extremely well. Location was close to dining, shopping and beach. All of the beach items in the garage was a huge plus. Comfortable furniture and beautiful grounds. Great time had by all and will be booking our return soon!

Our stay at Waikoloa Beach Villa C2 helped make our two week vacation to the big island this August not only comfortable but memorable! The home was very clean, spacious, and supplied with absolutely everything we needed. We appreciated access to all of the beach gear in the garage and the pool was wonderful for both daytime and evening swims. Everyone in our family commented how comfortable the beds were and enjoyed quiet sleeps. The location was fantastic for walking distance to shops, beaches and pathways. While traveling around the island, we found out how many different climate zones there are and realized that Waikoloa is in an ideal sunny zone with very little rain. Stacy, our on island contact was accessible and wonderful to communicate with, we felt well taken care of! We would definitely recommend staying here and will be booking again next time we visit

We had a lovely time and the property manager Stacy was amazing! Our family was distracted with our small children and caused some hiccups, but Stacy was understanding and kind throughout our stay. Lovely location and clean unit.

Love the property. Walking distance to shops and dining. Close drive to all of our favorite activities. We come often to the big island and have family in Hilo. We will definitely be back to this location.

The place was very nice, good location, and clean. It was great to be near the pool, which was beautiful and almost always quiet. The owner and property manager were phenomenal. They were very responsive to any questions I had and provided lots of information about the island. I 100% recommend staying there!

We had a great time at this unit in Waikolowa Village! Beautiful gated community with a gym, pool (quick access from the patio of the unit) and barbeques that looks as if they were brand new! Garage was well stocked with all the beach gear we needed. Would definitely like to stay here again.

They had ALL the things from beach cruiser bikes and everything you need for a day at the beach, kitchen was well stocked even though we didn’t do a ton of cooking. Clean and awesome location to the pool and walking distance to everything. I wish I could say it was a Terrible location if you’re there for the triathlon (keep others away so we can have this every time we come back) 😜. But it was SO convenient.

We loved C2 at Waikoloa Beach Villas. It was my husband, our 25 yo daughter and me. The location was perfect for us - close to A-bay beach and the sleeping green sea turtles!! Also close to shops and restaurants. We liked being able to go for walks around the community as well. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. There were so many thoughtful touches. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Stacy for making it all so easy for us.

Property was exactly a described. Extremely clean, beds were comfy, probably the most well stocked VRBO I have ever stayed at and the community facilities (pool, gym, etc) were in great condition and clean. Communication with property manager was very smooth and informative. I would highly recommend this property, and if I ever find myself on the big island again I hope it’s available for my trip.

We have stayed in this area before and love the location. It is close to shopping, has a beautiful pool and the condo's are really nice. We had a few small issues with the condo during the week (smoke detector went off for an unidentifiable reason, foot of the bed was broken & the drain was clogged), but the management team was extremely responsive and everything was fixed immediately. I have to say that the managers of this condo unit were REALLY good. It was very clean and was a very comfortable place. Loved our week there!

We had a great family holiday. The unit had everything we needed and is close to the pool, shops, restaurants, and many beautiful beaches. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.
