Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: BBQ Grill on the Lanai and Community BBQ grills at the swimming pools
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.

Waikoloa Beach Villas I3 is located on the ground floor of the I Building. Beautiful views of the golf course. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

This condo is beautifully decorated and so inviting. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The grounds that it is on are very beautiful and quiet. The pool and hot tub are also very nice and clean. The condo is well stocked with cooking supplies--they do have a no food left behind policy so there are condiments or anything. It is in a convenient location right across the street from a shopping center with a decent grocery store and restaurants. I was disappointed to find out when we were checking in that the outside BBQ was out of service but we made do. The staff on grounds were very prompt to help when I had an issue with the garage door. Do keep in mind the garage is pretty small. We fit a Chevy Traverse in it but I am not sure anything much bigger would have fit.Overall we were happy and would stay again.
Perfect spot to spend time with family-enjoy the pool & jacuzzi right around the corner with all the conveniences at the outdoor mall, just a short beautiful walk away. Home was equipped with all the necessities to cook & relax while on vacation. The only recommendation would be extra towels.
This condo is in the best location!! Right across from Queen's Market as you enter the Waikoloa Beach area. And it's on hole 3 of the Lakes Course of the Waikoloa Golf Course. We couldn't be happier with our stay here. Ignore any of the older reviews that say negative things about charged for every little item, etc. Those must apply to old management/ownership. This is a great condo.
Every thing was great.. the bbq hood didn’t work set off smoke detectors in the unit, Other than that it was perfect.. thanks again

Easy and thorough check-in and out process detailed by the property management company. A nice condo with all we needed to have an easy and relaxing stay. We were especially grateful for the beach gear available for us to use—chairs, umbrellas, beach bags, coolers, and boogie boards. Having all that made it so easy to spend a lot of time a nearby beaches. Thank you! The location was ideal to get to beaches quickly and, even more, quick access the Queen, King, and Mauna Lani shopping centers. The only downsides were mosquitos on the back patio and a broken pool (of two) in the complex, leaving the remaining one rather crowded but these were minimal nuisances and easy to overlook when on the wonderful island of Hawaii!
Great condo. All beach equipment available. Great location for the best beaches
Our first time to the big island so we did not know where the best area to stay would be. Turns out this condo was about as good as it gets. Close to good food, resort activities at the Hilton, a great beach very close, and a good mid-way point for excursions all over the island. The area is very quiet, and having the BBQ is a huge plus!
The property was in dirty and dust everywhere door were dirty around handles, BBQ was not cleaned, and many dishes were greasy. Kitchen was not well equipped, no cooking knifes had only one bread knife, very limited plastic drink ware, pots and pans were in rough shape. Only 5 bath towels provided for a unit that sleeps 6. Only 1 key that works the pool and the walking entrance to complex, group can;t go in two different directions and finally car gate to property did not work when we arrived, other guest were having issues too. We called the management company for assistance had to leave a message and when they called back (took some time) we were laughed at, they said no one else was having a problem and it must be us. We tried the gate again with no luck and finally some one with a owner remote let us in. We call the management company again and left a message about the gate. They again told us it must be us...They did finally come by the unit and give us an owner's remote and a second gate key but admonished us that if we loose the key or remote it will be $250. A unknown person used code and entered the condo with out knocking, looked at my family and said...When did you check in? We were shocked and scared as we had no idea who this person was and how he would have the door code. We called management company left a message, and were told it was an employee, very concerning. Lots of noise from unit above, Nice view of golf course. Will not stay again
Property was great. Brought my Mom to Hawaii with me; she got the master bedroom and a loved it. I tried sleeping in one of the bedroom beds but was more comfortable using the couch’s fold out bed. I think they are meant for kids. The location was great, the unit was clean, no bugs, the A/C was great. I timed the walk to the beach and it was indeed 15 minutes :). Would stay again.
Unit was in decent condition with some minor signs of wear and tear. We loved the personal decor and barbecue area overlooking the golf course. Linens and amenities were plentiful. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you so much!
Awesome location within walking distance of the Queens shops. Very quiet complex on a golf course. Would definitely stay here again
