Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays now through December 31, 2026. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.

Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for two cars. Parking available in the garage and a reserved parking stall. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: BBQ Grill on the lanai
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: Smart TV's in all bedrooms, living room and loft. Full cable in the Living Room. Master Bedroom and loft are cable accessible with Spectrum Cable App
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.
Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker and Keurig Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.

Waikoloa Beach Villas C23 is located in the C Building. It is a loft style floor plan. Upon entry to the unit, you will be going up stairs to the second floor to reach the main living area, kitchens, master suite, guest bedroom, bathroom, and washer and dryer. The upstairs loft space is ideal for a little getaway. The swimming pool is just steps away! This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Clean and nice! It has a beautiful view of the pool. Great location across from Queens market. It was so convenient to have beach chairs, cooler and umbrella to take to the beach.

Great location, walking distance from Queens, Kings, and the A Beach. Communication was fantastic, instructions for access to the home, garage, were simple, with codes. The garage had everything you could need, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkeling gear And the exterior parking space was so close to the home we never even used the garage. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. Although we didn’t use it, the upstairs loft with two twin beds would’ve made the home perfect for six. Even check-out was extremely uncomplicated, alleviating a lot of the stress of departure. We would absolutely hope to rent this lovely condo again when we are next on the island!

Best location in Waikoloa area. Shopping, food, and restaurants are walkable from this condo. Super clean, beautifully decorated. Nice view of the pool. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable living room and bedroom furniture. Easy check in. Hilton passes a plus. Beach towels and chairs available. Had a very nice stay here. Would definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located across from Queen's Marketplace and Kings Shops, with two pools on property plus the day passes at the Hilton Waikoloa Pools. Walking to Lava Lava Club and nearby 'A' Bay (beach) ~15 minutes, or a short drive. Amenities were just what we needed: a primary suite, a 2nd room with queen bed, and loft with two twins fit our 6 adults nicely. The bedrooms and loft had lots of storage and closet space with hangers. Also a dining table that seats 6. The unit had a clean and comfortable beach vibe, but only had minor areas in need of some cleaning (the window over the entry door and the vent fan in the prinary bathroom, understandably more difficult to reach) and touch up paint (the pocket door and near the trash bins on the walls.) This did not affect our stay, just sharing for future guests so you know what to expect. Otherwise, very clean and spacious. Even the grill was clean! Six beach towels and beach gear in the garage are included, as well as plenty of dish/washer soap and plastic wrap/foil in the kitchen, pods and dryer sheets for the washer/dryer under the 2nd bathroom sink. There were also books and games and multiple tvs, although we only used the one in the family room. The grounds were beautifully landscaped, and the gardeners were out working nearly every morning. You may hear a lawn mower early in the morning (maybe from the property or nearby golf course?) Overall, we loved staying here, and look forward to a return visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was quiet, but close to everything. Walkable to a lot of shops and restaurants. As mentioned, there is plenty of beach gear, including beach toys and even snorkel gear that we found in the garage. It is perfect for a family. And only steps away from the complex pool. Would definitely stay again.

The property was well-situated for our attendance at a conference at the Hilton. It was clean and well-appointed. Instructions for access and entry were very clear. Our main challenge was that the garage door opener wasn't inside and no keypad code was communicated, so we didn't have access to the beach equipment for 2 days. It didn't affect parking because we were able to park outside in a designated spot. It would be helpful to have the property managers check to make certain the garage door opener AND keypad code are available upon check-in, as well as information about the beach equipment in the garage.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our VRBO accommodations. The condo was beautiful, very clean, well maintained, and was perfect for 4-6 people (we had 4). The only thing that didn’t work was the Keurig machine. However, there was a drip coffee maker as well which is actually better than a Keurig so no big deal! The location of the condo was perfect. It was right beside the pool and it had a beautiful view. Also, it wasn’t loud at all and we didn’t hear any pool guests while we were indoors. Everything was just wonderful and I highly recommend this rental for any family!

This place was perfect! It had Two large bedroom and an additional loft with 2 beds that the kids just loved. It was stocked with books and games for the family! The location was perfect! Walking distance to the grocery store, shops, coffee and restaurant plus about a 10-minute drive to the beaches. We will definitely come back next year!
