Your second-story luxury condo provides a spacious kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large lanai that overlooks the golf course. Access your vacation headquarters via elevator or stairs. Just outside, pamper yourself with two lagoon style pools, two hot tubs, a poolside gym and a BBQ entertainment pavilion right within your Waikoloa Beach Villas community.
Prepare your favorite island fare in a well-equipped kitchen that includes abundant counterspace, a granite bar and a dining table. Most meals will be enjoyed out on the lanai where you'll find a quality Viking stainless steel barbecue grill, a wet bar and a sunset view. The luxurious bedroom suite also enjoys west facing views and it includes a king size bed and a walk-in closet. The bathroom is a resort in itself with a soaking tub, a walk-in shower and a long granite vanity with two sinks. The guest bedroom has two full sized beds - perfect for families or group trips, and a full guest bathroom. The central air conditioning and full-size laundry in the condo provide all the conveniences of home.

The condo is a leisurely 12-minute walk to the beach, where you can often see turtles, a 3-minute walk to Queens Marketplace (shops, grocery store, restaurants), and a 5-minute walk to the Kings Shops (restaurants, coffee, shops).
You will also find a diverse offering of stunning and challenging golf courses. In Waikoloa Beach resort, you'll find three distinctive nine-hole golf courses; the Beach Nine Course, the Lakes Course, and the King's Nine. Should you want to golf 18 holes, Mauna Lani just up the road offers two 18-hole championship parkland style courses, the North Course and the famous South Course, its 15th hole is one of the most photographed over-the-water shots in the world. A 15-minute drive up the highway takes you to the Mauna Kea and Hapuna Courses, designed by Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay with stunning views overlooking the ocean.

We had an amazing time for 10 days. The unit was well stocked, great location and convenient. Since the unit is for sale, not sure we’ll be back to this unit but we’ll definitely be back to Kona and rent again through Kona Coast Properties.

I was overall very pleased with my stay. The unit was very clean but does need a good rug cleaning. One of the reasons I chose this unit was the grill on the lanai, however it was inoperable for several weeks, although it was repaired. You might want to check and see who is responsible for checking on the grill, both gas tanks were empty and both burner units were rusted out and would have been very dangerous to use if there had been gas. Right now there is only one gas tank, no backup but it should be good for awhile. I would consider renting from you again. Thank you!

The unit had everything we needed. The newer furniture, not shown with the listing pictures, was a very nice & pleasant improvement. (Recommend updated website pictures as the new furnishings would be much more inviting.) Overall the unit was nicely furnished. Nice & clean carpet. The complex was quiet, enjoyable and well maintained. Maintenance and management were there most days. Nice pool areas and work out room which were well maintained. Great golf course views from the lanai. Resort areas were convenient walks to the Queens Marketplace, Kings Shops and the beach.

The title says it all. Very nice, spacious condo with well equipped kitchen and lovely lanai with outdoor kitchen. Kona Coat Vacations is probably the best property management company we’ve ever worked with. They’re easily accessible, responsive, and provide thorough information regarding your stay. When we realized there was a glitch with our cooling, they were on it and it was resolved the same day. Our only disappointments were not being able to use the garage for our tandem bicycle which we had to lug up the staircase as it wouldn’t fit in the elevator. E saw others had access to their garages. Also, the fitness center was much smaller with less equipment than most others, even some in other Waikoloa Beach Resort communities. They also have restrictive rules regarding different parties using it at the same time even though you can open up both walls for ventilation. That said, we were able to utilize it for some minor workouts. It’s located directly across the street from Queen’s Shops and King’s Shops are just a block down. Highly recommend!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. There were a lot of things to recommend this property, but there were a couple unfortunate shortcomings. Pros: The location was great. It was a short walk to shops, including a market with groceries and good prepared foods. It was also walking distance (a little less than a mile) to Anaeho'omalu Bay which is good swimming beach. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware (but not any spices or cooking essentials). If you're planning to beach it up, this condo had good beach gear like chairs, sand mats, boogie boards, coolers with ice packs, and an umbrella. There were also a few flippers. The photos on this listing show the older furniture. There is a new couch (light colored but very comfortable). The TV in the main room had cable and the one in the bedroom has streaming set up. Nice for relaxing. Also, I didn't realize from the photos how spacious this rental is. Other than very noisy fans, the bathrooms were good. Great water pressure. And even a first aid kit. Everything was super clean. Cons: The bed in the larger bedroom was not comfortable. The mattress is probably due to be replaced. We ended up sleeping in the second bedroom, which had much more comfortable full beds. The other bummer is that is that, as with many condos, the walls were thin. We had heavy-footed upstairs neighbors for part of our stay, and whenever they walked around we heard the annoying thud of their footsteps.

This unit was recently redecorated and it is very clean and well maintained. The pictures on VRBO are of the previous furnishings. Kitchen has all the cookware and dishes you might need. Great to have a grill on the deck. The Waikoloa Beach Villas complex is very nice. Conveniently located next to the Kings Shops and the Queens Marketplace. Less than a mile to the A Bay Beach.

We had a fantastic stay with our two children- 12&10 yrs. This condo was spotless and super updated. The patio and outdoor kitchen were an added bonus. We loved that it was walking distance to shops, restaurants, and groceries, and of course the beach and walking/ running trails. Loved this place- we’ll be back for sure!!
