This beautifully decorated deluxe three bedroom condo is situated in the heart of Waikoloa Beach Resort. With no units above or below, the condo offers the most in privacy. It is newly professionally decorated in Ocean colors with granite and stainless steel appliances. It is fully loaded with everything you need for your Hawaiian vacation.
The Condo has Five Beaches within a ten minute drive. One beach is within walking distance and this beach provides swimming, snorkeling, whale watching, sunset sails, and other activities. All the beaches are excellent for swimming, snorkeling, and diving and there are turtles and multiple varieties of fish to be seen. The condo is right next to the ancient Hawaiian petroglyph trail. Other activities within walking distance are biking, golfing, and shopping. Some of the best restaurants on Island are located in the King and Queen shopping centers which are in walking distance. The shopping centers exhibit free Hawaiian shows several times a week. A Starbucks is a five minute walk away. This condo is located close to the Waikoloa Hilton and Marriott which provide special events and restaurants also. Diving shops are close by for those interested in snorkeling, diving, or tours. Nancy was very welcoming and the place was extremely well stocked. Great location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby! The unit itself is large and comfortable and the pool nearby is also fantastic. Would definitely stay here again!
House was as listed, the Wi-Fi didn’t work the first 4 days and was quite a struggle to get it fixed with concierge there 4 days in a row! Two days before we checked out when needing to do laundry before packing to come home the dryer had quit working but was easily fixed the next day! Perfect location to shopping, eating, beaches and access to the rest of the beautiful island! Would definitely stay again!
A beautiful place in a great location! The host was very easy to work with and the manager was very welcoming and friendly meeting us in person at check in. The home is very well stocked with greatly appreciated amenities.
This lovely property had everything we needed for a perfect week on the Big Island. Nancy checked us in and was full of helpful information on making the best of our stay. It was an easy drive to Hapuna, an easy drive to the marvelous food in Waimea, and a quick walk to the marvelous food at Queens marketplace. Clean, comfortable, with a lovely small pool right on the property – I hope we can come again!
We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and spacious. The location was fantastic.Loved how bright the unit was and there was a nice view. It’s an end unit so it felt very private with no one above or below us and neighbors on only one side.
We had a wonderful stay! Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Location was within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Can’t wait to go back to Hawaii!

This unit is a wonderful place to stay in Waikoloa. The location inside Fairway Villas is perfect, allowing easy walks to the Kings and Queens shops. The townhouse itself is well stocked with everything you need, and with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms a great place for up to three couples to make their home away from home. Although there is no reserved parking spot, it was not difficult to find an available visitor spot to park in, even during a busy 4th of July weekend.
The five of us, all adults, enjoyed our stay here. It’s in a gated community that was quiet, with an infinity pool, beautiful nearby beach, and easy walk to nice shopping areas. We took trips daily to different parts of the Island, and the longest trip was to Volcano National Park, about 2 hours 20 minute drive. To Waimea it was 30 minutes, and the coffee growing area near Capt. Cook was 40 minutes away. We used all 3 bedrooms and everyone was comfortable. The place was clean and nicely decorated. We only used the kitchen to make breakfast most mornings, and it was well equipped with everything we needed. We would enjoy staying here again.
We loved our stay in Waikoloa. This condo did not disappoint. Great location for shopping and food amenities, All within walking distance. Beach close by that we walked to often. Only thing is we wish we had a designated parking spot. Parking wasn’t horrible tho. Pool is close by also . Condo had everything we needed!
We loved the location, walking distance to shops, restaurant, beach and peaceful walks along the shore. We loved the sunset cruise which departed from the beach . Giant Turtles on the beach at sunset. Enjoyed the pool after Our daily adventures just a lovely time.
Lovely stay with my 96-year-old mom and 76 year old sister. We had a wonderful time. Location is perfect. The views during the day and evening are beautiful. Entire home is well-maintained and well supplied.Hope to visit again.

Richards place was an absolute gem! The condo was immaculately clean and beyond well furnished with everything we could need and then some. Richard was great to communicate with and we felt welcome from the second we stepped through the door. 10/10 would recommend.
We had the best time. Going in we knew we loved this location, and it proved to be just right. Can walk to the beach, can walk for coffee in the AM, walk to catch the sunrise. All of the great recommendations by the management team were perfect. WE hope to be back! House was stocked with so much it made cooking a breeze! Thank you!!!!
This is our 4th time staying here, already looking forward to the 5th time. Great place, great location. We can’t imagine staying anywhere else when visiting the Big Island. Richard, Bennett, and Nancy are great.
We loved staying in Richard's condo! We had 2 small children and 4 adults, and there was more than enough room for all of us. We worked with Bennett for anything we needed and we got quick responses, including setting up a pack n play. The condo has every amenity you can think of, including lots of awesome beach supplies! It was a short walk to both the King's and Queen's shops and good restaurants. The pool was also just 2 buildings away that we utilized quite a bit. We had a great time on our vacation, and would stay here again!
We were a group of six and stayed here for 2 weeks and had an amazing time! The owner and property managers were communicative and helpful before and during our stay. The location is great - several great beaches and historical sites within a 20 minute drive. The kitchen is fully stocked (which was greatly appreciated especially for our group). The pool and BBQ area is just a short minute or two walk away. There's a closet full of beach accessories: chairs, snorkel gear, towels, etc. As described, it's within walking distance to a couple shopping areas (each that host their own 'island' entertainment weekly - highly recommend both). The only 'negative' thing was the king size bed in the master bedroom. I personally did not sleep there, but was told the bed wasn't terribly comfortable. We had a great time exploring the entire island and knew we had a great place to go back to at the end of our day's adventures! Very much recommend!
Had an amazing stay at this condo. Owner and property managers gave thorough information about the condo, surrounding area, and the island. This condo was our home base when we took in five different beaches, waterfalls, volcano park, and small towns around the island. It is in a great location - away from the bustle of Kona and walkable to nearby shopping and restaurants. I was super impressed with all of the supplies in the condo - from toiletries to snorkel/beach stuff to kitchen gadgets, spices, etc. I’ve never stayed in a more accommodating VRBO. It was comfortable, clean, and cool. Thank you to Richard, Bennett, and Nancy!
Pleasant experience and all features as listed. Owners amenable to a late checkout due to last minute flight departures. Very nice experience.
Good for family or small group. Near to shops, beach, and restaurants. Lots of decent beach chairs, toys and gear. Ask for Pac n play before arriving if needed. Tubs/showers have high entry and no grab bars (or even anything to hold onto when you get in), so not appropriate for older and/or disabled people. Also parking is in visitor spots, the nearest is ~50 yards away. Decor is very nice, good lanai area with chairs. Appliances and internet work well.

Don’t look any further!! This is the BEST! Pictures are exactly accurate. We had everything and more for our trip. All the beach gear you need, lots and lots of Tupperware, cooking supplies, grilling supplies, zip lock bags of all sizes! It would take me forever to list all the amazing amenities this villa has. I was impressed! It was hard to leave this amazing villa. It made our wedding week so memorable. So happy I chose this villa. The host and villa manger were so helpful and available at all times. A great week enjoying the Waikoloa Beach Resort, Kohala Coast Beaches and all that Old Hawaii Kona has to offer. Unit is located close to resort shops and restaurants, but some of the best places are away from the resort zone. Go to Beach 69 for the day and then head up to Waimea for The Fish and The Hog, or Big Island Brewhaus (local restaurants that welcome visitors in their beach attire). Another option is Magic Sands Beach and then dine along Ali'i Drive and its numerous offerings. Volcanos National Park and Hilo are available for an extended day trip. If you do, hit Hawaiian Styles Cafe for breakfast and Hilo Burger Joint for dinner. At the end of any day you choose, the unit welcomes you back to comfort.
We stayed with 2 other couples and the condo was perfect. It had lots of extras to make our stay comfortable and so we could prepare food. The pool and hot tub were great and the sunsets from the patio were beautiful. Short walk to the shops and Lava Lava club. Condo was clean and spacious. We all loved staying there. I would have liked a kettle to boil water for tea and a clothing drying rack. Highly recommend this place. Fitted 6 adults easily with every couple having their own bathroom. Thank you Richard for the great place. It even had beach gear, coolers and a picnic basket.
We really enjoyed our stay in Fairway VIllas N6. The condo was very roomy and well lit with a great view of the golf course and King Shops across the lake. We were able to easily walk to shopping and restuarants and the pool in the complex was just two buildings away. Bedding and linens were higher quality than a typical rental and the condo was very well stocked. Would definitely stay again.
This unit has a beautiful view of the King's Shops, the Kings Lake, and the golf couse. Excellent amenities and quality products are in this home. We absolutely loved our stay!
