Awesome property! We LOVED our stay here as a family of 5. Super clean, condo had everything we needed(all the beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, towels etc), beautiful views, quiet and super nice resort, the pool area felt like a nice resort with food, drink, towels and plenty of space always. Loved the gym area and quality service. Above all, Allyson, the concierge, was quick to respond, super helpful, had so many recommendations and helpful resources and was literally one of the best I’ve worked with (I’m a travel agent and have worked with many). Highly recommend this condo, this area on the Big Island and everything about this place. Thank you Allyson for everything!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Hali’i Kai! The community is beautifully maintained with great amenities. Michaela’s condo was perfect and just what we needed.

My husband and I spent eight nights at this beautiful condo. The property’s pool and restaurant were amazing and the condo had everything we needed, including a very well appointed activity closet that made beach trips a breeze. We loved waking up to an ocean view and enjoyed evenings grilling on the lanai. Mahalo!

This unit has a great location in Halii Kai with a wonderful lanai with a view of the ocean and golf course. The condo was very well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, sports gear etc...communications with property manager also timely...

We were so happy with everything, made the stay so enjoyable with great accommodations. We’re highly recommend to anyone needing a Hawaiian destination.

We had a great stay at this condo. Everything is super clean and included plenty of amenities and supplies - beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, snorkel gear, tennis and pickle ball equipment. A great view of both the golf course and the ocean from the lanai. First time on the Big Island for us - the Waikoloa Beach Resort area was perfect.

Another wonderful stay at Michaela’s gorgeous hale at Halii Kai! Your place is quickly becoming our favorite spot on the Big Island! The condo was spotless, comfy, and roomy for our party of 3 adults. The activity closets were stocked with beach gear and more. The kitchen had everything we needed with some bonus surprises in the pantry. We enjoyed the ocean views from your lanai and of course the beautiful Ocean Club pool and tasty on site bar and restaurant. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us. Mahalo!

Wondeful vacation. Wish I could stay a month there!

We loved our stay. The condo is lovely and super clean, so many nice amenities and supplies provided. We loved dinner on the lanai watching the sunset. Beautiful ocean views and golf course views. Peaceful and relaxing. It was a perfect place to celebrate our anniversary.

If we had wanted, we could have spent our entire stay at the house. The view is beautiful, the villa is quiet and peaceful, the clubhouse pool is beautiful and even more so at sunset. It will definitely be our place to go for our next stay in Hawaii.

Great unit in a great condo residence. Would stay here again

We absolutely loved our stay in Hali'i Kai. Unfortunately, I can't say anything about unit 6D because the unit was damaged just before our arrival. As stressful as it was to learn that our unit was no longer available, our host saved the day by finding us another unit (6C) in the same building. Now if 6D is as fantastic as 6C, and I'm sure it is, you will not be disappointed. The unit was extremely clean and well stocked with everything you'll need to have a great stay. As for the resort itself, it was beautiful, and in a great location. All and all our stay at Hali'i Kai played a huge part in what turned out to be one of my family's favorite vacations.

It was perfect. We've stayed at the property several times but this was the first time we've stayed in this unit. It didn't disappoint. Would recommend.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful home! It was clean, comfortable, fully stocked, and offered a stunning view of the ocean from the balcony. The condo is located in a golf community with a fantastic pool that overlooks the ocean. There was a tennis court directly across the street as well. The Waikaloa resort area is full of shops and restaurants as well. It was a great home base for travels around the island. We were so sad to leave but hope to return in the future!

We've visited Hawaii many times and decided to celebrate my wife's birthday. We loved the location and amenities provided at Hali’I Kai 6D. The condo is immaculate, and waking up to the swaying palm trees and ocean view every morning will be greatly missed. We loved going to Mauna Kea Beach; having umbrellas, chairs, towels, etc., was very convenient. On other days, we enjoyed the pool and Ocean Club restaurant. The staff could not have been more friendly and the food was surprisingly good. The sunsets can be enjoyed from either the condo lanai or the Club (we did both). We were also lucky to see some local entertainment (Slack Key) and experience the blowing of a shell (by a condo owner) to honor and celebrate the sunset. We can't wait to go back with our kids and grandkids, as I know they would enjoy all the things there are to do and see.

The property is in a wonderful location with amazing views from the balcony. Michaela was extremely easy to communicate with prior to our arrival. We would definitely recommend this property.

This is our second stay on the property. We love the location. The pool overlooks the ocean so we like the lounges where we can whale watch. The pool restaurant and bar is a huge plus! The unit was very nice with all the amenities needed. Loved having coffee and meals on the lanai.

We stayed for 4 days in this awesome condo on the golf course. The pool is located close to the ocean and wonderful view of whales jumping. The unit is a very clean 2 bedroom with 2 king beds. Sitting on the lanai you have views of the ocean and golf course. We will be back.

A little piece of paradise! The condo was just what we wanted, good location, amenities, hostess was fabulous. Would recommend to anyone wanting a Hawaiian experience.
