The unit was exactly as posted, modern and updated. It was very clean and Courtney was very easy to work with. We received detailed instructions for check in and check out making the process very easy. We loved the location to the beach and all the shopping and restaurants. The handwritten welcome note, snacks, and amenities in the unit make Courtney a fantastic host with attention to detail.

We had a wonderful time on Oahu! The condo was lovely, well-appointed and ideally located for exploring Waikiki! The included parking space is such a great bonus as we were able to rent a car and explore the whole island. The host was very communicative and gave us all the information we needed to ensure a memorable stay! We really loved our trip!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable few days for me and my family. The building was easily accessible, had ample parking spaces, and was a quick walk to the beach. Courtney was extremely accommodating leading up to our arrival. We definitely plan to book the condo the next time we visit.

Property included just the right beach accessories which made the visits to any beach convenient and relaxing.The location was the easiest walk to nearest Waikiki beach and businesses for shopping and dining. What a great place to stay! The location is perfect. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants! Even the zoo! Courtney definitely thought everything through. Anything you needed was right there. The beds super comfortable. The checkin process was so smooth and received alot of information from Courtney and security at checkin! I cannot say enough about this property would definitely recommend!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. It was our chosen apartment for us to get ready for our wedding, and so I’ll have fond memories of this place. FANTASTIC location, very modern and spacious. Courtney was lovely and left us treats and wished us well wishes for our wedding. Honestly, would stay again. So thank you!

Everything was perfect. The condo felt brand new and had everything needed from cookware to beach accessories. The bed was also very comfortable!

Beautiful, comfortable and peaceful accommodation central to everything Waikiki has to offer - next to Kapi'olani park with wonderful options for long morning walk/runs. The beach was so easy to walk to, lots of shops, restaurants and the Tucker & Bevy picnic shop so close by. Free parking was such a bonus. Laundry was easy to use. The place was stocked with the basics for a comfortable, hassle free holiday. The building management takes such great care of the pool and BBQ area, we saw them cleaning every morning. The space was furnished and decorated just as the photos - so soothing.

Our stay at Courtney's place was amazing! It had to be the cleanest place I've ever stayed when traveling. Looked exactly like the pictures and just the right amount of space for our family of 4. We utilized the amenities and loved sitting on the lanai drinking our morning coffee. Will look to stay here again in the future!

Our stay in Waikiki was perfect! The location was great, very close to a lot of restaurants, food trucks, and bars. It’s a very easy walk to anywhere in Waikiki. The Condo is very nicely appointed and the beds are very comfortable. We loved coming home to the Condo! It has everything you may need to cook meals and the recent remodel is very well done! There is a nice pool area with enough BBQ’s and seating for the building. Can’t say enough about the Condo and Courtney was a pleasure to communicate with! We will be returning! Thank you

We had a very nice time in Waikiki. The property is as listed, with everything you need, very clear instructions for checking in. Location is great, close to stores and restaurants. Property was exactly as listed. Easy to get to, free parking, and easy access to the beach. Pool onsite was not overly busy, so we used that on occasion too. Probably the best shower I have ever had on vacation!

We recently stayed at this condo in Waikiki, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The condo was perfectly set up, making it feel like a home away from home. The amenities were great, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The location was decent, providing easy access to the beach and local attractions, while also offering the convenience of free parking, which is a huge plus in Waikiki. Overall, I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to enjoy a comfortable stay!

We didn’t spend much time in Waikiki. We loved the location of the condo and felt like it was central to doing activities all over the island. The laundry on site was helpful. Plenty of tp, paper towels and kitchen supplies for cooking. Lots of towels which was nice for our group. We loved the patio and that we were provided boogie boards, a beach cart and beach toys(also had life vests, a floater). The cooler was fantastic for our day trips. The free parking And ease of use of the garage was helpful. Condo was clean and the kids loved the bunks. Thank you!

The unit is beautiful remodel with all the details thought out. Comfortable bed with nice sheets and pillows. Fluffy towels. Well equipped kitchen. Extras to make beach going easy like towels, chairs, umbrella, even a backpack cooler with ice packs in freezer.

We had an in incredible time staying in this property for a week. My 3 year and 8 month old loved the property too. WiFi is high speed, Disney is on TV and the kids beds were big help. Personally me and my husband loved the spot on location. It’s close to almost everything. And the bed was perfect and the water pressure in the shower was perfect. Both Jena and Courtney were super responsive and we got our checkout extended so proactively. I am coming back here to stay whenever we visit Honolulu next!

This condo is exactly as pictured and more! Courtney, the host, was super responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. While the building is a bit outdated, the unit is remodeled very tastefully and was very clean. Our kids loved the bunk beds! We arrived to a cute welcome basket with local goodies which I thought was a special touch. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, a mat, and boogie boards for us to use during our stay. There were even a couple life vests for toddlers and a small bucket of sand toys. There is a washer and dryer at the end of the floor. You pay via an app and it notifies you how much time is left/when the load is done! Courtney provided a couple detergent pods for guest use which was so nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be recommending this property to our friends! 10/10!

Courtney your host goes above and beyond to ensure your experience is fantastic. Attention to detail in unit is quite evident from the moment you walk in the door. From the welcome card and treat basket to all the needs to ensure all you have to do is buy food. The property is walkable to most lical beaches, shopping and restaurants! Everything was perfect!! The condo was updated and had everything we needed for a week stay in Oahu. It was so nice to have a parking pass for the week. I would definitely rent Courtney’s place again and again!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. It was very modern and clean place to stay with nice to haves, like the Britta water container and ice cube trays. We didn’t cook in the kitchen as we were on vacation and chose to go out instead but there was plenty of supplies available to cook in the comfort of your own condo.The location was great, walking distance to the beach, shopping and plenty of restaurants.i would most definitely stay in this place again.The only downside is that 1 bedroom for 4 people (2 adults, 19 year old and 17 year old) can be a little tough at times but we managed.We really enjoyed our stay here!!

This condo was a wonderful place to Saturday. It had every amenity you could need. The details were very well thought out. The condo was extremely clean. It was an easy 3 to 5 minute walk to just about everything you could need, including the beach. Would happily stay here again!

This was the perfect place for my family of four to stay in Waikiki. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed and more. We loved being able to walk to the beach, shops, and activities nearby. My kids loved using the beach supplies. Courtney and her team were so helpful during our stay with updates and the welcome note and basket were a lovely and much appreciated touch to make us feel right at home.

We loved our stay in Waikiki. This condo was exactly as advertised. It was in a great location, beautifully renovated and wonderfully equipped. Courtney thought of all the little details, from the cooler backpack and ice packs to the well stocked and supplied kitchen. We would definitely stay here again! Mahalo!

The place was very neat and their kitchen was put to good use. We cook most of our meals there because we were able to experience their wet market where you can buy fresh produce and meat. This place was also close to the beach as well as the stores. Our host Courtney is very quick to reply when we have some questions. Our overall stay here is excellent. Thank you courtney for having us in your humble place.

This was the perfect spot to stay in Waikiki for our wedding week. All the amenities were amazing and Courtney was such a thoughtful host. Location is unmatched and so close to the beach, but still in a cozy and welcoming building. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Oahu!

Had a wonderful stay at this condo within minutes of Waikiki. The property was stunning with modern finishes and design touches reflecting the beauty of the island. Courtney our host, made us feel very welcomed and we can see her efforts in making our stay as enjoyable as possible. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely 12 day stay. The cleanliness and all the items in the condo made us feel right at home. We even made cookies and brownies one night. The beach is right down the street and the free parking was everything. The shower was awesome as the water pressure was perfect. The host is very responsive and was enjoyable to work with. The condo had everything we needed. From a beach cart with umbrellas and chairs to a cooler bag and good toilet paper, LOL. Beach towels and makeup towels, shampoo and conditioner. And just when I went looking for Aloe there was some of that there, too! If staying in this city again, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Thank you!

Courtney has transformed this place beautifully and our stay was awesome. We cooked in the full kitchen. We watched movies and the Olympics at night (Netflix, Disney, Peacock, more). Beds were clean and comfortable. The place has a nice pool, workout room, and a place to hang and BBQ. We walked to the beach and enjoyed town, communication was excellent, overall awesome and we would come back!

My fiance and I stayed here for a friends wedding. It’s was a just as cute and updated as it looks in the photos. Great location, can walk to everything. Comes with everything you need for a beach day (towels, rolling cart filled with umbrellas, life vests, boogie boards, etc) would be an excellent stay for a family! We enjoyed the pool & common areas, too.

Self check-in was easy. Instructions from host was accurate and easy to follow. The condo is beautifully renovated, and the host ensured special requests (eg. baby high chair) was made available. We especially loved how the essentials for cooking were available (eg. cooking oil and soy sauce). We'd defintely come back again.

Overall the stay was nice, the provided parking was a big plus as well. Plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. The zoo was excellent as well as the beach located just blocks away.

This was a great apartment that met my expectations. Was exactly as pictured & had everything for more than the week I was staying. I agree with other reviews, outside is deceiving, but regardless, the service counter was as expected - great to deal with.On the floor is coin-operated laundry, or signs said it could be operated via an app, along with a dryer. Unfortunately, that had coins stuck in it. Level 5 has a very handy mini-mart with everything I needed, including fresh milk, butter & bread. The pool was great which both my granddaughter who stayed a night and I enjoyed. Also, there are BBQs people were able to use. The condo had lots of towels also for the pool or beach, kid's things including a floaty ring plus extra bits and pieces you can't bring with you on a plane journey. I was most impressed with the renovation making use of the otherwise, small spaces such as adding the bunks where I imagine a wardrobe was. My granddaughter wouldn't have been able to stay the night if not for this smart idea. Nice touches including a large containers of shampoo, conditioner & body wash, hairdryer, tissues, dedicated make-up removing towels, and more. The basket of items was such a thoughtful inclusion as was the personal welcome note. I've kept that as my memento. Just about everything was considered including ice packs. Location was great, 1 street from the zoo and minutes to the main shopping drag & I found far too late a Dennys nearby. Only thing missing was a sink plug :-)

This property satisfied our needs greatly. There was an abundance of quality kitchen supplies to prepare anything, just like at home. The bathroom and bedrooms had ample complements that made us feel right at home. Thanks for having beach equipment that we didn't have to purchase. The in building parking permit saved us a bunch. The property was perfectly located to restaurants and the Waikiki area. I highly recommend this family accommodating home to people visiting short or long term. Everything was perfect. Just as we expected. We went swimming, grilled out on there patio and walked the Waikiki beach. This is the place to stay.

The property itself was immaculate with modern décor. It was comfortable and was located within walking distance to the beach. The host was quick to respond with an issue with the coffee maker which was much appreciated. The only downside was that they gym opened at 7am and the rec area at 9. Overall we loved the condo and our stay.

Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen for cooking, and you couldn’t ask for a better set-up vacationing with kids. Courtney was a fantastic host. Check in and out was super simple, communication was easy and convenient via text, and she went over and above to do everything she could to make sure we had a great experience. Not intrusive at all, very friendly and professional as well. I’d stay at this place again in a heartbeat.
