Newly renovated, Free Parking, One block to Waikiki Beach

This condo was so clean and new. Lots of room for 4 people.

We had a fantastic stay here with our family of four. The place was very clean, which we really appreciated. The free parking was a big plus. We loved having a beach wagon, chairs, and toys available—it made everything easy and fun. We also took a few day trips to explore the island, this was a great home base for it all. Highly recommend for your stay in Waikiki.

We had an amazing stay and can’t say enough great things about this condo and host. The amenities truly stood out—the unit was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and the thoughtful touches throughout made it feel like home right away. The host was excellent and easy to communicate with before, during, and after our stay, which made everything seamless. The location was excellent and close to everything, parking was convenient, and pool access was a great bonus. We loved everything about our stay and would absolutely return.

Courtney was very communicative and accommodating. Home was beautiful and very comfortable and the bunk beds were a hit with our toddler. Excellent location.

Beautifully renovated condo just a couple blocks away from the beach. Kids loved the bunk beds!

We visit Hawaii yearly and exclusively stay at rentals. This unit was one of the best we've ever stayed at! Perfect and functional for our family. Our two young kids loved the bunk beds and swimming at the pool daily. Did not expect the gorgeous views from the floor to ceiling windows!

This is a beautiful property within walking distance to Waikiki Beach. The host was amazing and thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The elevators were a bit sketchy (they were boarded up inside and were not nicely finished but were operational) but that was our only “negative.”We would absolutely stay here again!

Brilliant location close to Waikīkī Beach, very nice and modern flat, fully operational kitchen, small shop in the building, car garage included. Not possible to ask more, thanks Courtney!

I can’t impress enough how great our stay was. Perfect for a young family of 4 people, Courtney’s unit was just what we were looking for. It was as beautiful as advertised and very accurate which I always appreciate. Courtney has thought of all the little things to make your trip fun and easy while in Honolulu. There were ice packs, a cooler, Tupperware, beach toys, umbrella, chairs, the list keeps going. It made beach days a breeze!The unit itself was very modern, everything worked great, and the location was perfect! Just a quick walk to the beach and having parking available was huge. The communication with Courtney was easy and very responsive, which made it very simple if there was a question.Will 100% stay here the next time we travel back, it had everything we wanted for our trip.

As mentioned in the description, it seems newly renovated, very modern. It was very clean, good located close to the beach, 3-5 minutes walk. Free Parking after registration at the Security desk. Pool and Barbecue area available on the 6. floor. The appartment in on the 11. floor. Kitchen is well equipped. The only thing we missed was a dish washer. But if you only have breakfast there is not really an issue.

Excellent all around! From communication before, during and after our stay, cleanliness, safe and convenient location. Highly recommended.

The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The view was great and the sitting area outside made for a good place to enjoy a cup of coffee. The condo had everything we needed for cooking, having a beach day or just staying in. Highly recommend.

This was a great condo. Very clean! Loved having the beach umbrella, chairs and boogie boards to use at the beach. Communication with owner was great, very responsive!

I can't say enough positive things about our stay at Courtney's! The condo was immaculately clean, we had everything we needed available from beach towels/chairs, water boards, amenities. The condo was a cozy place to unwind after a long day at the beach. The view was beautiful and the walk to the Waikiki Beach area was only a short distance away. Props to Courtney/Jena for thejr prompt communication! Free parking (although a bit tight).

Very nice apartment, building is on the older side. One block to the beach is a generous assessment, closer to 2-3 normal blocks but not too bad.

A beautifully renovated condo with full kitchen in a quiet apartment complex. Perfectly positioned at the zoo end of Waikiki and only a couple of blocks walk to the beach. The hosts went above and beyond to accommodate us and we are so very grateful for their hospitality. We had the most fabulous time in Honolulu staying here.

Everything has been fantastic! The listing is even nicer in person than in photos— which is rare. It’s incredibly well appointed. Courtney left us a sweet note with a basket of coffee and snacks. There’s shampoo, conditioner, and soap, as well as dish soap, cleaning supplies and even laundry detergent. Extra towels and beach towels and chairs— literally everything you need! The bedding is lovely as are all the decorations. Everything worked well and the host has been incredibly helpful! Highly recommend this listing!

This is our 2nd time at this property! Always a great stay. Entire house was clean and plenty of towels and toiletries for the week. Will definitely be back again next year for our annual Hawaii trip.

Pretty close to Waikiki beach. Clean and comfortable place with everything we needed. Fire alarm went off in the building a few times other than that a wonderful stay!

Couldn't have asked for a better condo, location, or host. Courtney was quick to respond, kind, gracious and accommodating. Traveling with a 1 year old can be chaotic, but with places and hosts like this, make things so much smoother.

Very clean condo location was excellent only a Block Away From The Beach Walking Distance from restaurants and the Mall, parking in the same building was very convenient communication with the host was outstanding she responded right away to my question

Home was great for a small family, location is close to many amazing restaurants and beaches. Parking garage always had room to park comfortably. Checking in and out was easy and fast. Would recommend can’t wait to go back.

Our family had a fantastic 5-night stay at a Waikiki Beach condo, which was ideal for two adults and two children aged 11 and 12. The condo was just like the pictures—modern, updated, and spotless. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights. We loved the location, with everything from dining to the beach within walking distance, making it perfect for exploring with kids. The convenience of laundry facilities on the floor was a huge plus, keeping our clothes fresh throughout the trip. While the building itself is on the older side, the condo's updates made it feel fresh and inviting. The included beach equipment was a delightful bonus, making our beach days easy and enjoyable. Free parking added even more value to our stay, simplifying our transportation needs. Overall, this condo felt like a home away from home, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Waikiki Beach.

This place was perfect for our small family- 2 adults, a 4 and a 1 year old. We loved the built in bunks and fully stocked condo. It was clean and comfortable. Also appreciated the beach cart and beach gear. We definitely made use of the outdoor grilling space each evening. Great location and easy parking.

We had a great time taking my 80 year old mother to Oahu. This Condo worked well for us. It was very clean. Hostess was very responsive. Great location. We would stay here again!

what you see is what you get there are things there we didn't expect and coming from NZ that was great. Bed is comfy. The Hotel was doing some work which affected the water and Courtney offered us one of her other rentals the use off, if needed. It is the small things that matter, so thank you for having us for 10 days and hopefully we will be back again . Recommend to anyone wanting comfort, a home away from home

We had a wonderful time at this apartment and I would highly recommend staying here. Everything was as shown in the pictures and description. The location is very convenient and safe. There was one small issue which Courtney had no control over and she handled it in a very friendly and professional manner. Best VRBO experience ever!

Very clean and well kept property, close to the beach. The king bed was comfortable along with the bunk beds in the room. The living room sofa opened up nicely. Plenty of sleeping places. The pool and the fitness room looked good although we never used them as there was so much to do there for us in the area. Plenty of shops and eateries in walking distance. Parking was busy but we always found a stall which is excellent in central Wikiki. The host had included some beach chairs, umbrellas, tube and snorkelling kit which was a nice touch. I would go back again.

We were moving our son to school so didn't have much time to enjoy Waikiki but because the place was so close to the beach, we had a chance to sneak over for a morning. We enjoyed this place - very clean and modern and comfortable. The building itself is a little dated but did have a very nice pool and outdoor area to BBQ. The kitchen was well stocked including a few treats Courtney left. Courtney was easy to contact and responsive. She also had supplies for the beach including a cart to roll it down in. I would highly recommend this place!

Courtney was super friendly, very welcoming, and very easy to work with. The unit had everything we needed, from kitchen tools to a nice amount of towels to supplied laundry detergent. It was decorated very well and seemed spacious for its size. The minor disappointment we encountered was with the listing of beach chairs. There were two available for use, however they were more like the pop up, non adjustable, higher sitting camp chairs, whereas we were assuming the chairs were the light weight, low sitting, adjustable back ones that would be carried like a backpack. So we did not end up using them as planned. Everything else was absolutely perfect! Made our very first stay in Oahu a wonderful one!

The property was perfect! We loved having some space, the location was an easy walk to all of the food, beach, and shopping of Waikīkī. We will stay here again when we visit.

This place was outstanding - the location was within easy walking distance to the beach. There was ample parking that is included with the accommodation, so we didn't have to worry about that. The place itself was comfortable and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had activities planned on both side of the island, so this location was perfect for getting to everything on time. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great overall

We chose these accommodations due to the amenities, specifically that parking is included, central air conditioning and a full kitchen. The photos are very accurate: The renovations make this a very VERY nice place to stay. Details abound, from the outlets with nightlights and quality supplies such as soaps/detergents and toiletries. There is a filtered water pitcher, soft side cooler and a couple of reusable ice packs as well. The windows and doors close up tightly, so all but the loudest of outside noises are kept out. The central air conditioning is much quieter than most rentals with window air conditioning units. This unit is north-facing so while there is no ocean view, the unit also stays comfortably cool all day long, a respite from the tropic warmth. All of these combine to provide a quiet comfortable night's sleep. Access to the pool and five propane gas grills on the 6th floor recreation area are included for no additional cost. Courtney is an exceptional host and provided perfect detailed instructions for our arrival and departure. Highly recommend these accommodations!

Just as advertised - clean, modern apartment with great furnishings and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We really appreciated the beach equipment too. Location is perfect: short walk to beach, shops and restaurants but easy to get out to the highway when exploring the island. Would stay here again when we return to the island,

We truly enjoyed the unit with its furnishings, as well as the location, free parking and laundry on site. Very close to beach and restaurants and easy to get out of Waikiki. The owner was very responsive to our requests. We would stay there again and recommend it.

This place is cute, clean, close to so much, has free parking, clean pool and everything you would need. The host has thought of everything. The room overlooks the pool but it’s not noisy at all. If you have bunk bed sized children this is the place for you! Adults, you will love it too.

This condo is great. It is so neat and clean. The owner has everything in it you will need for an extended stay. They even have beach chairs, toys for kids, boogie boards, and a cart to carry everything. We are a family of four and this was perfect for what we needed. A++ rating. By far, one of the best experiences I have had on rental apps. Very clean, new and spacious. Perfect location for shopping and food, zoo or even the beach. We had the pleasure of meeting the Owner, Courtney, on the way up. She was wonderful as well as quick and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend here as we were not at all disappointed!
