Martin and Kai were wonderful hosts, and the view from our lanai was spectacular!

Kai and Martin are awesome! Excellent communication and service.The location of this condo is perfect! It is right on the beach and if you are fortunate enough to stay on a Friday night, you can watch the fireworks from your own balcony. I wish we could have stayed longer, but we were only able to spend two nights.Mahalo!

This place was perfect for us! A studio apartment right on the beach, with everything you need. The balcony had a million dollar view of the ocean and Waikiki. Close to shops restaurants, and anything else you could need. Our hosts were so accommodating and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was excellent being on the beach and easy access to shopping/restaurants. We loved the sunset views just like the pictures show, and the host provided much information that was helpful for our stay. With a full sized kitchen this was a much better option for us compared to a typical hotel room.

This was a beautiful property. Friday night fireworks off the deck were enjoyed with wine and cheese we picked up at the A B C store. The owners thoughtfully provided everything needed for the beach, towels, chairs, and an umbrella. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. There is a fabulous military museum just below in the park, is free to enter and a great place to lose yourself for a couple of hours. We did some tours and were right across the street from the pick up point. Consider renting an 808 Smart Car for a day and tour the island on our own. It was beautiful and quiet and we look forward to our next visit.

We loved our stay here!! Perfect location, great view, clean, and quiet (no noise from neighbors). Check in was easy and thorough, and Kai even accommodated us with a last minute parking pass. The unit is conveniently located just around the corner from the elevator. Can’t wait to go back someday!

Best spot on Waikaii. Our 4th stay at Waikaii Shores, 1st at this condo. The unit was in very good condition with good views being on 11th floor. A quiet side of the beach with Army property next door which is quaintly underdeveloped. We rented the unit for our son and they had a great time. Martin and his team made us all feel welcome. No better place to stay on the beach.

Everything was wonderful and Kai was always available if needed. Loved the proximity to the ocean and having chairs and an umbrella for relaxing on the beach! My wife loved the comfortable bed and especially the sheets! Great view of the ocean and sunset over the bay! Overall a great value for being in the heart of Waikiki!

Close proximity to “all things Waikiki”!! The lanai was overlooking a beautiful park with soaring Terns and to die for sunsets. Kai was thorough as he walked us through every nuance of his well kept unit. When we return to Waikiki this is where we’ll stay!

This property is perfect good security close to everything and the staff exceptional. I really expected to go into the unit and find the view not quite as shown in the picture but everything was as advertised. We really had a good time.

Location: •You’re next door to the Hawaii Army Museum, so you’re overlooking a park, not another hotel. •Number 20 and 42 buses stop half a block away on Kalia Road. 3 per person, no change given. The 20 stops at airport terminals and both run to the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center. Taxi/uber to either is 45 and up. Use your GPS and pick public transportation to find the next bus. Be careful to get on one that doesn’t require you to transfer – ask the driver if you’re unsure. Go to thebus website for schedules and trip planner.•Cut through the lobby of the Outrigger Hotel next door (Martin will show you when he’s showing you the apartment) and you’ll find a Starbucks. Diagonally across the street to your right as you leave that hotel is a 24/7 Denny’s (in case you have jet lag and everything else is closed). Next to that is a large ABC store – best place to buy souvenirs, but also has a small grocery, including good ready to nuke/eat food. Keep going up Lewers Street for one long block, turn left onto Kalakaua Ave and there’s a 24/7 Longs Drug/CVS. These streets are well traveled and lit at night. Lots of restaurants at multiple price points.Accommodations:•Not only is there a washer/dryer, Tide pods are provided. Same for the small dishwasher. There are filters for the Mr. Coffee-style coffee maker. There’s also a cooler and ice packs to take to the beach. Lots of wooden, not wire, hangers. The mattress is good - yay! Overall, VERY well thought out. Thank you, Kai.

Wonderful fireworks display if you are there for a Friday night. Easy walk to all kinds of shopping in Waikiki. Beach is right out front. Beach chairs supplied.

Suite condo is in an older building right on Waikiki beach. Interior and furniture are a little dated, and support only two guests max. But the views from the balcony make up for it! Sunset views over Waikiki beach and the Pacific Ocean, and perfect place to watch the Friday evening fireworks. Note that this condo is on the 11th floor. Easy walk to lots of shops and restaurants. Parking is a challenge in the area. Recommend you rent the parking pass for the adjacent lot from the host.

The place is a gem with a view of Waikiki Beach, along with an easy walk onto a beach.Kai is very good to work with. He even traveled back after 7 pm, when we coukd not get the TV to work. It turned out to be operator error . bopera

This property is exactly as advertised and it is AMAZING!!! Perfect for two people and within walking distance of so many things - restaurants, museums, groceries, and more! My favorite part was the lanai - we had the perfect view of Waikiki's Friday night fireworks. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property and this host.

Stayed here in Oct for 8 days, the unit is great and has everything you need. The kitchen and laundry were a bonus and all supplies were included! The view is gorgeous, with views of the ocean, park and city. We arrived late, at 11pm and check in was seamless. Definitely recommend and would stay here again! ocean, park

We loved long walks, swimming and convenient coffee and restaurants. The studio was quiet for sleeping. The lanai great for breakfast and evenings with a great view of the ocean. Parking was very convenient and safe. Kai met us promptly for checkin and checkout and returned our parking pass deposit.

Great place for a couple to visit Waikīkī. Spectacular view and near great restaurants. Right on the beach. Place is stocked well and the owner has thought of every need.

The sunset view every night was amazing! It also had a quick access to the beach and amenities like a cooler, chairs, and umbrella to enjoy it even better. It also was perfect for any tours as the pick up spot was across the street from where we stayed! Will recommend to friends and family that were thinking of visiting!

The view itself from this property is worth the rent. I cannot imagine a better location to stay in Waikiki than this property. Upon our arrival, the host had someone meet us at the building to show us how to work all of the security features, furnishings, and appliances in the apartment. We never tried to use the TV because we had so much else to do and the balcony view was more than enough entertainment, but every other appliance worked flawlessly. Close to city bus lines, the Waikiki Trolley lines, and within walking distance to so many dining and shopping facilities, you may not need to rent a car unless you are planning to venture outside of Waikiki. We rented one for only three days of our weeklong stay. Superlative hospitality along with an exquisitely located, intensely well-maintained, beautiful property made this a vacation that we will always remember. The warmth and care demonstrated by the host spoke volumes about the "aloha" spirit that characterizes the best parts of these islands. Stay here if you can. You will be very glad that you did. We love it and hope to return some day. Kai, Martin and company are excellent hosts.

This is a great location, near everything beach, shops, restaurants you name it it’s nearby. Everything was explained clearly, we had no issues at all. Loved the view, can’t wait to come back.

Kai was very helpful and communicative the whole time. The property is exactly as you see in the pictures. It is right in front of the beach and had wonderful views of the fireworks on Friday. It was so convenient to be able to just walk onto the beach with the beach chairs, beach umbrella, and ice cooler with ice packs! All of which he provided on site. The rice cooker was a little outdated and the rice stuck to the bottom of the pot but I was appreciative that they had it for our use. I ended up cooking rice on the stove stop to make spam musubi. He was so nice to also get a brand new blender for us to use to make smoothies and Pina coladas. We used it everyday. We paid for the parking pass that made it super convenient. Loved the in room washer and dryer and plenty of towels for our 5 day stay at this location. Thank you again for making my first time in Oahu a great experience.

100% satisfied with our decision to stay here. The condo was exactly as advertised. The view is simply incredible, and the perfect spot for sunsets and viewing the fireworks. Great location with easy walking to cafes and shops. This clean condo provided everything we needed - kitchen, laundry, easy beach access (with turtles directly in front of the building), and we appreciated the extras such as beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. The car park optional extra was affordable and a welcome extra conveniently located directly across the street. Communication was easy, prompt and any queries prior to arrival were replied to. Excellent hosts, we appreciated the contact and offer to check in early, and the willingness to meet us at our convenience prior to checkout. We would stay here again.

This apartment was perfect for our 6-day visit. Amazing view of the beach and skyline! Highly recommend for location and convenience. It’s one block from an ABC convenience store with groceries, alcohol and prepared foods. Also there is a smoothie/coffee shop and small take away restaurant on site, the steak and shake, for a quick lunch. The apartment is comfortable and appropriately stocked. Would definitely love to stay again.

Awesome location and holiday

My parents stayed at the condo and shared that the supplies were plentiful (more than average compared to other rentals). The view and the access to things are unbeatable. We will def stay again if we return to Waikiki.

Better even than the photos show in the listing! The lanai offered a tremendous wide view and, with the clever addition of wall mirrors inside and outside, the view was tripled and, together with the all-glass wall, almost as wide and majestic from inside the room. Great sunsets and surf.

My husband and I loved our stay here. It had everything we needed and then some..a cooler and beach chairs to take down to the beach, great amenities, etc.! This was also a perfect location. Right on the beach with a great view of the ocean, cityscape, and mountains. Located in downtown Waikiki so it is super close to everything. We walked everyday to get food and shop!

It was within walking distance to everything. It has a beautiful view and is the perfect size for two. It was a wonderful place to stay!

Since we didn't want to rent a car, location to the beach and amenities was forefront in our search criteria! Easy access to Outrigger Reef next door where we could grab Starbucks before grabbing a Lyft to places we needed to go to for our friends wedding festivities. Secure building was really appreciated. The room was clean and as described with a really lovely view. Beachside Lounge chair and umbrella rental for a discounted price for the staying here was a perk that we enjoyed a couple of times. Excellent hosts. I would stay here again.

Great option

Easy booking and check in/out process. Great location, loved having the park next door. Beautiful view of the ocean/beach. Although we never really used much, it came pretty stocked (but no coffee). Getting the parking pass for the rental car was a great choice, pretty convenient. Only complaint would be the bed…it was quite comfortable, however, it was two twin mattresses pushed together leading to separation along the way. Overall great experience, would for sure stay again! Mahalo!

This condo is right at the end of waikki beach boardwalk. Great location for beach, eateries, shopping, and tour pick ups are conveniently located in short walking distance. Although this condo is dated it was clean, has a small kitchen, king bed and a balcony with great views of waikki beach in a very safe area.

The owner’s made such good use of the space! Despite it being a studio it had all of amenities one might need from an in unit washer and dryer to daily garbage pick up to a full size fridge. The location is great as there is a plethora of places to eat and to shop. The fact that the property is right on the beach was a huge plus! Having a place to rent beach chairs and umbrellas made our beach days relaxing and enjoyable. There is also a nice pathway for morning or evening strolls with the beach as your scenery. The view from the apartment was serene and amazing - exactly how you see in the photos. Martin and Kai were great with communication and made the check in and check out process a smooth one. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is very close to the beach-literally within steps with easy access. The view from the balcony is spectacular and we ate many meals there enjoying the view and the serenity of the setting.

The place is as advertised. Great views (11th floor). Pleasant to sit on the balcony looking out over Waikiki. Everything works. The unit has coiking facilities and washing machune and dryer. There was an unexpected cleaning charge if US$115 and internet costs US$5 per day. We enjoyed our stay.
