This exquisitely remodeled (2023) 5th-floor beachfront studio is a favorite with return guests! You'll feel right at home in this cozy rental with whisper-quiet split A/C, full kitchen, and free Wi-Fi. The unit has a 356-sqft interior plus 61-sqft balcony/lanai with table and chairs from which you'll enjoy fabulous partial ocean views and colorful sunsets!
Although there is no pool at this location, you do have the beautiful beach at your doorstep! Located in the newly revitalized area of Waikiki, you'll enjoy nearby dining, shopping and entertainment, including an on-site surf shop, gift shop, Tropical Tribe acai bowls, Banan soft serve, and island-style Steak Shack, with a Starbucks just next door!

Limited onsite parking is $40+tax/day. Or, a pass can be pre-purchased through Captain Cook Resorts for the adjacent public parking lot (2-min. walk) for $25+tax/day, or $235+tax/month. Parking is subject to availability and rates are subject to change.
CHECK-IN IS 3PM — CHECK-OUT IS 11AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, Check-In Time is guaranteed for 5PM.
No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to fines of up to $700 per infraction, plus actual repair/replacement costs due to smoke/fire damage.

We loved that our host was in the lobby ready to escort us to his beautiful condo and walk us through the various codes and how things worked in the condo. he was very personable. The unit was perfect for the two of us and exactly as pictured on the website.

The living area was very small BUT cozy for a couple. The location was excellent! Paul the property manager was wonderful to meet and to work with. I would recommend .
As far as location this condo gets a 100%. This area of Waikiki is much quieter then the diamond head side.The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay, king size bed, full kitchen and waher/dryer inside unit.You can step right onto the beach from the back door of the building.We enjoyed the walking path along the beach every morning which begins right outside the building.The condo comes with beach chairs which we used everyday while enjoying the ocean. We even had the pleasure of viewing a seal who was sunbathing on the beach below our condos for three days in a row. The monk seal was in the process of molting or shedding its skin. It was a very interesting experience.Don’t forget to bring your own shopping bags when going out. Hawaii does not provide bags for your purchases unless your shopping at the high end stores.

Great Location! Great for 2 people! Got to watch the Fireworks from our Balcony! We would definitely stay again! Only down side…NO parking if you rent a car.
The location of this property is outstanding. While it does not directly face the beach, it is very visible. The amenities are top notch and communication with the property management was excellent. This property is quite literally positioned perfectly for anything you might need or want to do. We were very impressed with the entire experience.
We had an awesome four week stay. The property was clean, well maintained, and close to everything we wanted or needed.

The building is right on the beach, so the location was perfect. Everything we needed was supplied in the condo. We used the onsite parking, and it was great. The property manager Paul was very friendly and had great tips on places to eat and good places to get souvenirs. Would definitely stay here again!
A perfect place for a couple or a solo traveler. The kitchen was well-equipped, the laundry machines were a great addition, and there were plenty of beach supplies on hand. This is such a terrific walkable area with so much to see and buses/trolley's close by. Parking is very expensive in this area, but those who have a car and are staying for more than a few days can buy a monthly pass to park at one of the local lots or garages.

It had everything we needed and was just outside of the busier part of Waikiki. Being right next to the beach and the beautiful park was wonderful. And being able to see the Friday night fireworks from our balcony was magical. The excellent Arnold's is just down the street and there's convenient parking in the large lot across the road. Get the monthly pass if you're staying a few days - that'll save you some $.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The only thing that was a bit of a nuisance was there were only two washcloths so we had to wash towels daily in order to have clean ones. The a/c had a very musty/mildew odor whenever we used it but otherwise everything was great. We would stay here again.
