You'll enjoy relaxing on the large, newly tiled 160-square foot lanai and taking in those incredible panoramic Pacific ocean and Ft. DeRussy Beach Park views! Plus, on Friday nights, you'll have the best seat in the house for the spectacular Friday night fireworks on Waikiki Beach!
Although there is no pool at this location, you do have the beautiful beach at your doorstep! Located in the newly revitalized area of Waikiki, you'll enjoy nearby dining, shopping and entertainment, including an on-site surf shop, gift shop, Tropical Tribe acai bowls, and island-style Steak Shack, with a Starbucks just next door!

Limited onsite parking is $40+tax/day. Or, a pass can be pre-purchased through Captain Cook Resorts for the adjacent public parking lot (2-min. walk) for $25+tax/day, or $235+tax/month. Parking is subject to availability and rates are subject to change.
CHECK-IN IS 3PM — CHECK-OUT IS 11AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, Check-In Time is guaranteed for 5PM.
No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking and No Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to fines of up to $700 per infraction, plus actual repair/replacement costs due to smoke/fire damage.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I loved our stay. Kitchen was equipped with everything you need. Unit is exactly what's pictured. We watched the fireworks every Friday from the lanai. Only down side, we went during construction and only one elevator was working the entire month for all guests and workers. Other than that, we had an amazing stay and would love to go back.
Had a small issue with checking in but Paul, property manager, took care of it. Outstanding condo and view. Spectacular sunsets, great security and location. No complaints.
We stayed in this unit for 5 days and found the location (in the heart of Waikiki) to be very convenient for checking out many local attractions. The view from the balcony was particularly impressive, both in the daytime and for the Friday evening fireworks! Make sure you have a compact car if you are using the parking stall.
Awesome property and centrally located with many amenities close by. This was used for a business trip but would book this again for a vacation. Beautiful property.

Close to great restaurants (Tommy Bahama, Yardhouse, PF Changs) and tons of shopping. Property is quiet at night and well kept. Only disappointments at this price point were the master bathroom (cramped, outdated, toilet sits very low), the extremely tight parking space (you have to park against a wall) and the deck furniture which is white plastic. But these are minor when you spend so much time out of the condo unit. Would come back again.
Location wise this place is great, it's right on the beach. Paul was easy to connect with. Would highly recommend staying here. It is very close to all the restaurants and shopping and of course beach :).
Phenomenal location with beautiful views from the 12th floor balcony. This unit was very spacious and clean.

The building is getting older but is well maintained. Looks like some exciting upgrades for 2021 coming. My only disappointment was with the plumbing in my unit, dishwasher did not work the first 2 days because the valves were turned of and then immediately after the sink drain line plugged and we had to wait 2 days before that was fixed which was poor as you require a kitchen sink if you want to use the kitchen.
