Breezy Corner Studio with AC & Kitchenette. FREE Parking, Wi-Fi, near Beach!

On sight parking is the real perk of this cozy studio. Kitchen had everything we need utilities wise, but it would be nice to provide the very basics for cooking (salt, oil). Wi-Fi was fast. Lanais were lovely. Street noise was only bad on Friday and Saturday nights. Clean, cute, comfortable. We had a great time.

This is incredible value—literally 3 minutes to the main drag that takes you to Waikiki beach (7 minutes). The unit is airy and has lots of light, is very good sized and has a super comfortable and big bed. The cute little balcony is nice to hear the sounds of the city. Instead of spending 600 a night for a comparable hotel room, we used the savings to enjoy the very fun (and very expensive) restaurants and bars in Waikiki

We had friends stay in 2 other similar fully renovated units in this building for the same price. This unit is very worn, should be updated as most. Of the unit is drom the 80’s at least. I recommend choosing a different unit.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The conco showed some age and wear and tear but it was clean and efficient. Easy walking distance to the beach. Plenty of places to eat near-by. The only negative was the noise of garbage trucks at 5:00 am waking us up almost every day. This is not a condo issue but a Wakaki issue. I’m sure they could be heard anywhere on Wakaki.

Great Location of the condo. Love that it's walking distance to everything, alot of food and marts to quickly get bites and toiletries. Access to parking was great! Love that we have a parking spot. Parking lot was small and tight to pull in but still works. Just drive with caution. Room was clean and has full amenities. Bathroom does not have air ventaliation so it can get very humid or skinky. There's alot of mirrors in the room too, kinda wierd about that. Mattress was not confortable but the sheets are nice. Our condo level was 7 and it's was very noisy. With all the windows and doors closed, you can still heard trucks and car horns very loudly every day. Overall, satisfactory stay.

This studio was so perfect!! The location was incredible. I traveled alone and felt very safe walking by myself no matter what time of day or night. Waikiki beach is one block away. Restaurants everywhere! I will book this studio again.

The room is very nice and better than some of the hotels in the area. very clean and well set up. The leasing manager was very easy to contact and answered all of my questions.

Everything was great

For us the parking, location and full sized refrigerator with freezer were the highlights! We had a plumbing problem that was immediately remedied which was greatly appreciated. Overall, a good spot to land in Waikiki area. Renovation, updated furniture and cosmetic repairs would be recommended. Thank you!

The unit looks way nicer in the photos so keep that in mind. Still a great stay just a little run down. The a/c works but does not circulate in the room so the room is still warm. In a very noisy location downtown so you can hear all the sirens and outside noise all night. those two are really my only complaints. Great location downtown. Walk to everything. Has everything listed in description. Good pool. Small parking spot/garage so keep that in mind. I’d stay here again for the price.

This place was so conveniently in the heart of Waikiki! I come to visit my family every time but this time I brought my friend who has never been to the island! This was a great place for the two of us and perfect for my friend because the location was right in the city! The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Room was exactly as described and comfortable. Unfortunately, someone smashed the windshield of our rental car in the parking lot overnight. Owner was apologetic, but building management showed no interest in vandalism occurring in their lot even though it was secured and had video cameras.

Cozy and well stocked corner unit was ideal for my stay; the unit is “dated” but is well stocked with bath essentials and kitchen supplies and cooking essentials including small appliances. The full size refrigerator is a plus. The corner orientation is nice although street noise was annoying. Interestingly, after midnight, the street noise was considerably diminished. The free parking space was great; getting in an out can be tight for a larger vehicle. I felt safe and secure accessing the elevators and while in my room. Property manager James was friendly, very accessible and helpful.

It was nice place even though it is older and looked a bit different from photos. Bed comfy and little kitchen was good. We didn’t use it but had we needed to use ,it seemed well equipped . Shower didn’t drain well, but not a big problem .

We enjoyed the stay very much and the surrounding areas were very close by and convenient.

Location was good but the unit needs some work and was not clean

A great find with parking included in Waikiki. This is a cute place- clean with all you need in the kitchenette for cooking in, extra linens, sitting room. Walking distance to the whole Waikiki downtown and beach. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating. Would recommend!!

We had a pleasant stay at the condo! It was exactly what we needed as a couple without children! High enough to not be too noisy, and we were able to park our Mazda cx-90 in the spot with little trouble! We WILL stay here next time we come! If you do not you’ll miss out!
