Enclosed lanai for 131 square feet of extra living space. Building features secured key entry and small swimming pool. Parking spot (covered, secured gate with clicker) also available for a fee. No pets. No smoking. No parties/events. Available October 1st, 2023 onward. Minimum 30-day rental. Long-term preferred, but willing to consider shorter stays.
