Location, location, location! This condo was everything it listed to be. Convenient to shops, restaurants, beach. The place was spotless! Karl is a great communicator! Would we recommend this place? Absolutely!

The apt was excellent! AC was cool. Kitchen area was totally functional. The view was… fugettaboutit!!Perfect location to go to the beach or shopping. Giant ABC downstairs. Many coffee shop options to get your day off right. We loved the place

Super convenient location. Car not needed as a ton of activities are within walking distance. Building is 45 years old but very clean and well kept. Front desk staff especially seena was wonderful. Condo had everything needed and a nice view...we were blessed with new years eve fireworks.

Second time staying in this condo. Already have another trip planned. Condo is clean, spacious and in a great location. Also, just steps to a beautiful beach.

The location of this property is excellent. It is one block off the beach at Waikiki. We chose to go to a luau at the Royal Hawaiian, and to Cirque du Soleil Auana at the Ourrigger, and both were within 10 minutes walking distance. The valet parking is excellent, the crew is always there and ready to take your car and get it parked.The unit is perfect for two people. The kitchen is small but quite adequate. It was nice to have two bathrooms, one with a shower, and one with a small tub.

Great location for restaurants and bars. Many places to shop nearby. We walked to the Hale Koa military resort to have drinks at their Barefoot Bar. I would recommend this property to anyone.

We just returned from our trip. If you are looking for a nice quiet condo in the middle of everything with beautiful views, this is it. The ocean view and location are what sold me but the condo did not disappoint. It was also nice to have 2 bathrooms. You are right on Lewers street. ABC Store & Denny's are on the ground floor of the condo. Across the street is Roy's bar, Ruth Chris, Yard House (which is great) and a bunch of others within a block. I would recommend and would stay here again.

Near most things within walking distance, nice furnishings and comfortable bed. The view is beautiful and it is nice to have 2 bathrooms.

We had a great couple of days visiting Ohana. The place was perfect. We even went and saw the University of Hawai’i Wahine Bows clinch the Big West Regular Season Basketball Championship. The pretzels were great!

Wonderful Condo. Great Views, Very Clean. Free Parking was a plus (we rented a car for a few days) The hotel itself didn’t have my needed dates available so I did a search and this Condo appeared. I was thrilled. This was my first time using VRBO, Karl made it very easy. Answered all my questions, was very responsive to any questions I had & were patient knowing this was my first time using VRBO. Everything went smoothly. This is not a timeshare like many of the other listings are, i stayed away from those listings. This is a Condo owned, so you know the room you are getting. For me this was a PLUS!. Not my first time at the Imperial Hotel though. I have stayed there 12-14 times for 4-6 week intervals. Great hotel, wonderful staff. Laundry (Coin) on Site, ABC Store on Site, this is a wonderful safe walking area near everything/anything you may need. Beaches within walking distance. Hope to someday get another opportunity to stay in this Condo.

Staying in this condo was a great! Experience easy walk to the beach and surrounding restaurants and stores of all kind. The valet parking for our car was very helpful so we did not need to look for parking on the street. Over all the entire stay was above 5 star!

Nice central location to beach and shopping. One criticism was the living room had NO comfortable seating. Sofa and loveseat have rods throughout sitting area. It was nice to have two separate full bathrooms. View was amazing!Clean and owner was vey responsive to any of our concerns.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! Great location for all of the activities we had planned and the staff is amazing. Easy to check in, free valet service was very convenient, and the condo was very clean. So many things within walking distance, wonderful view, and short walk to the beach. We stayed ten nights & highly recommend!

We enjoyed 3 wonderful nights in Waikiki! The view is great. We liked being so close to the beach but not on it. The convenience of the valet parking was huge. Nicely decorated with very decent kitchen. Just a easy stay!!!

Can not say enough. Loved it, the little suite, the decor, the kitchen, having 2 bthrms, omg waking up everyday to that view. Overused the balcony, out there every spare minute. The location was amazing, steps away from the heart of all the action but still serene in that space.

We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed our time. The property is well equiped for extended stays.

This is a gem in Waikiki, the condo location is walking distance to everything. The views are spectacular and the unit is spotless. Check in and out is seamless and staff is very friendly.

A brilliant place to stay

My wife and I were very satisfied for our two-week stay. The apartment was as advertised: in the heart of Waikiki, a stone's throw from the Halekulani, Sheraton/Royal Hawaiian, and DeRussy Park; excellent water view and coast northward; apartment very clean and comfortable, as well as the building (Imperial Waikiki); staff responsive and accommodating.

Everything went very smoothly from booking, to check-in, to check-out. Karl (owner) was prompt with communication and listing was accurate. Condo was very clean. Location was great and easily walkable to beach and shopping. However, if you want to explore Oahu further like we did, rental car parking was easy using the provided valet service. They were always prompt and respectful.

The place was 5 stars, great ocean view, impressively clean, and nice relaxing vibes all week long. Definitely would come again!

The condo had everything we needed, including a fantastic view. The photos in the listing don't convey how nice it really is! The kitchen had everything we needed & all the pots and pans were spotless, which I really appreciated. The bed and furniture were all comfortable. The staff at the front desk, maintenance, and valets were all very helpful and knowledgeable. Communication with the owner, and staff on premises was excellent. We would definitely look to rent this property again.

Beautiful! Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, great location, so affordable! Close to the beach. Everything you could need at your fingertips. Two bathrooms a plus. We will say the pool was disappointing, but not missed. We cannot say enough about the staff! Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was fine for our short stay. We were able to walk to a lot of restaurants and shops. Having the ABC Store on the ground level was really nice. We could pick up a quick plate and take it back to our room. View was great. Valet parking was nice, too. Having two bathrooms was nice because I took one and my husband used the other. My only negative comment would be about the lanai. Wish it was bigger, I was not comfortable going out there to sit 21 floors high but I realize that the owner has no control over the size. Overall, our stay was fine.

We stayed here for four nights in February and really, really enjoyed it. The views are amazing, the unit was spotless, and the location is perfect — steps to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. We highly recommend this property and would be delighted to stay here again when we’re back on Oahu!

It would be nice to have an email or phone number to communicate with the owner in an emergency. we were told that our flight might be canceled because of weather and I wanted to ask if that did happen, would it be possible to stay on rather than trying to find and move to another place. It was not a problem b/c are 9 am flight is leaving on time.

From the time we arrived things were perfect. The staff was so friendly. Having the parking was a godsend. The property mangers were easy to work with and very responsive to any questions. Property is centrally located to all sorts of activities and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property and would stay again in a heart beat. Love Love Love

What an amazing, adorable, pristine unit! Having worked in the travel industry, travelled extensively, and being admittedly picky about accommodation, I can tell you this unit is EXCELLENT. Do not let the age of the building fool you; the owners have lovingly maintained this unit and I’m willing to bet it is one of the best in the building. Small and spacious at the same time. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean right down to the floor boards (I told you I was picky!). The kitchen was spotless, well equipped and more than functional. The view stretched out to the airport and my Airplane-Nerd husband sat on the balcony for hours watching takeoffs and landings. Highly, highly, highly recommend this unit.
