We watched the Friday fireworks unobstructed from our balcony and got beautiful pics of them and the city skyline. Sunsets were beautiful. Our teen boys loved shopping at the Royal Hawaiian Center nearby and the International Market Place which is a little further by another block. There’s a grocery store downstairs and a larger one with more selections around the corner. We also walked 2 miles to the Ala Mona mall and pier to go snorkeling and parasailing. That area wasn’t the greatest (lots of homeless) but it was safe. Uber was also reasonable from this location so there’s really no need for a car. This condo has comfortable beds and TVs in all rooms. The air is chilly in the master compared to the other rooms so my husband and I changed rooms with our boys since we are more sensitive to the AC than they are. Plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. Very clean place with fun snacks!

Had a great vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The unit was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated—just like the photos. The location was perfect—close to shopping and dining. Parking was super convenient, which made a big difference. The host was responsive and made the check-in process smooth. Owner even left some snacks/goodies to welcome us. Would definitely recommend this condo!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay. Check in and out was smooth and so accommodating. Locatis fantastic. Salking distances to shops, restaurants and the beaches. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was very clean and as advertised online. We loved how easy it was to get to beach and town. Only 2 things that were an issue was the air was not on when we got in so it was warm inside for awhile before it cooled down and also I had requested the twin beds to be made into a king and they were not so we has to wait for a few hours and have someone come in and change it while we were there. Besides those 2 hiccups it was great. :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was exacrly as described. The hosts provided beach chairs, towels, umbrella and even a cooler for day trips to the beach. The location was perfect for sightseeing around the island. We enjoyed the fireworks show from the balcony on Friday night. Everything was great. Parking was easy and convenient. The only downside is there is no pool access.

This place was perfectly located in walking distance from the beach, restaurants, stopping places, and more. The apartment is clean, comfortable and with many amenities one could think of to enjoy their vacation in Waikiki

We highly recommend this property. Good location, 8th floor with excellent view of the city and even the ocean. Nicelly upgraded. Well stocked kitchen. We hope to be back sometime in the future.

It was a good stay, Convenient to many places like beach, downtown!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect as it was walking distance to the beach and the main strip with shopping and restaurants. The unit supplied everything you needed plus more. The view from the balcony is beautiful. I would recommend this unit to anyone traveling to Oahu.

This was perfect for family of 4. Very clean. The patio was lovely- had coffee outside in the morning with a nice partial view of the ocean. Easily walkable to the beach and restaurants. The parking area is also an easy walk even with two little kids. The place was well supplied with everything we needed. Very comfortable stay!

Fantastic location, clean, well supplied, and easy to find. This was our 3rd year staying at this building. Looking foward to returning at some point in the distant future.

The condo had all the amenities we needed inside and then some. The free parking was an added plus. The condo was super convenient to all the shopping and restaurants that Waikiki has to offer. We had a wonderful stay.

We loved our little apartment. Our stay was for 2 weeks. The terrace facing Fort DeRussy park and just a short stroll from the beach was fantastic. Free parking was so convenient. The kitchen was fabulous. We, at times, were five adults. One bathroom was sometimes inconvenient, but it all worked out fine. We will be back to visit our family in Hawaii again. I’ve recommended this unit to everyone I know. Mahalo.

Great condo a couple of blocks from the beach with parking included. The beach and great restaurants are less than a 10 minute walk away. The condo was spotless and included so many amenities.. Couldn’t be happier with our stay.

We had an amazing stay at this Waikiki condo! The location was unbeatable, just one block from the beach and within walking distance to all the best restaurants and shops. The condo itself was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The process was seamless, from booking to check-in, and the manager was incredibly friendly and helpful. We decided to pay extra for the 2 Bedrooms and with a family of 4 (adults) this was perfect for our needs. The patios where very nice to sit on and relax with nice views of the beach and sunset. Having a unit on the 8th floor was best for views. We also could see the fireworks from a neighboring hotel as well. We really appreciated having free parking just down the street which was an added bonus. Paul and team where very responsive to our questions and the unit was wonderfully stocked with everything we needed for our stay - including chairs, boogie boards and even a pickleball set for us to play while we where there. I would definitely recommend the Regency on Beachwalk to friends and family. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

We stayed here with our family and let me tell you, we were so impressed! Came with parking which is a huge plus. Just a block down from the beach. Right next to Fort Derussey. Lots of greenery in front, not a bunch of buildings blocking the view. Also perfect view of Friday fireworks from lanai. The owner takes great care of this unit and we felt very lucky to stay here. It was super clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

So many helpful items included, from beach chairs, an umbrella and boogie boards, to a fully stocked kitchen, to bathroom items including toothbrushes and makeup wipes, chargers in the bedrooms, free parking in a close by lot, laundry rooms on site (note: just 2 washers and 4 dryers for the entire building, but it wasn’t a problem and you can easily track which ones are in use on the WashConnect app), and even some treats provided by the owner. We especially appreciated how clean everything was. Walking to the beach and many shops and restaurants in Waikīkī was a breeze. We especially loved Lahaina Shave Ice next to the hotel. We’d love to stay here again!

The condo was nice, clean, spacious and a great location to everything. If you are seeking the beach veiw, this would not be it. You can see the ocean. It is located about a block away. Parking is a nightmare in Waikiki. This rental comes with parking located across the street. I would stay here again, if just for the convenience of the is difficult to find a rental with seperate bedrooms, which this has. Most of the rentals have a slide between the bed and the rest of the unit. This is a very comfortable unit, especially if you have multiple children or guests. With the exception of not being beach front, this is an excellent rental...highly recommend it! A+++++

My friends and I had a great stay here! Super close walk to the beach and tons of shopping and restaurants. The free parking pass is a HUGE perk and the property manager responds very fast and is very helpful. I’d definitely stay here again, 10/10 recommended!

We were very pleased with the property as it was exactly as described. The place is new, comfortable for up to 6 adults. Beds are comfortable, the bathroom is great, and the kitchen and living area are very functional. There is a good view to the park and sea from the main lanai. We particularly enjoyed the attention to detail as everything is provided, from toiletry to bath / beach towels, and all one needs in a fully-equipped and functional kitchen. There are even beach chairs, a cooler, tennis rackets, etc... The WiFi is excellent and reliable. Special mention to Paul, the helpful property manager, whom we were happy to meet and chat with.
