Starter set includes paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, lotion, bath soap for your first night.

Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.
CANCELLATIONS:
1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.
Rentals are not transferable to another party.

The location was awesome for our trip! So glad we picked the rental instead of the hotel, as it had more bed space than the hotel as well as beach chairs and such.
We had a review. It was easy to check in. Everything was how it said in the listing I would definitely stay there. It was a walking distance to many restaurants and entertainment to come to thumbs up five stars recommendation.
All of the pictures are accurate. Beautiful inside! If you have five adults and five large suitcases, there’s not much room to move around the room. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

The Ilikai is a beautiful property, the people & staff are wonderful, kind, & helpful— loved each and every interaction. We loved sitting outside eating dinner and watching the sunset. Check in and check out process was quick and easy. The location of Ilikai is in walking distance to Waikiki Beach, Ala Moana Center, convention center, the beach & lagoon for swimming. There are great places to eat and grab coffee close by, downstairs has great options for a quick bite, coffee, and a little market for all your needs. I loved our room, it was spacious & having a kitchen was a big win. The pool is lovely, our kids loved it and so did we. There is a place to rinse off the sand by the pool which is awesome! If you’re a couple staying at the Ilikai check out the STUNNING restaurant on the 30th floor. Overall a lovely place to stay, I’ll definitely rebook in the future. I highly recommend.
We really enjoyed our stay! It was clean, convenient, and in a safe location. The only downside was that they only provided one roll of toilet paper, and I wish I had known there were no seasonings. But overall, it was a good experience. 4 stars!" Would definitely stay again! How does that sound?
It was centrally located and close to everything. Parking is quite expensive but not inconvenient at all. And worth it. So much right there to eat and shop. It was amazing!!!

My family of five (4 adults, 1 child) stayed at this property for 4 days in March. It was cozy but for 4 days, it was fine. The location was great and the price was even better (incredibly well priced for waterfront Waikiki) . The only complaint I would have is that the sofa bed needs to be replaced. It was absolutely unusable as is. We put the mattress on the floor and that worked for us. Other than that, the Ilikai is a nice building and easy walking distance to downtown Waikiki, the Ala Moana shopping mall, and the beach.
I found the Ilikai rental unit to be a modern feeling apartment. The Ilikai is in a good location for getting around Waikiki and Honolulu. The apartment was stocked with all the essential household items, which was nice. It has a nice kitchen and bathroom. I enjoyed my stay.
We ran out of toiletries and called and did get a call back. Had to go out and buy our own
