Waikiki is a famous Honolulu neighborhood on Oahu's south shore, blending urban energy with a classic Hawaiian beach experience. Its iconic beach is perfect for surfing, swimming, and sunbathing. The area is a hub for water activities, shopping on Kalakaua Avenue and at major centers like the International Market Place, and dining. Visitors can hike Diamond Head for stunning views, explore Kapiolani Park and the Honolulu Zoo, or discover marine life at the Waikiki Aquarium. It's a vibrant, walkable, and dynamic destination.
The Marine Surf Waikiki is a charming, smaller building with a pool on the 4th floor. It is secure building that requires an electronic FOB for elevator access to most floors.
With both full-time residents and vacationing guests living at Marine Surf, it offers a friendly environment with plenty of character. A Building Manager, front desk, and night-shift security guards are available for emergencies.
The unit has a digital door lock for your convenience.
Enjoy staying in this beautiful place which was recently renovated. It boasts custom cabinets, high end appliances, spacious kitchen island, and spa-like travertine stone shower. Comfort is our priority - the apartment is furnished with a Scandinavian Ekornes reclining chair, memory foam mattress with cooling gel technology, and high-back swivel stools. With digital cable, you have hundreds of channels to watch!
We also offer Free WiFi and Free Parking in an assigned spot. (Note: we recommend you rent a small vehicle).
Honolulu has a great bus system that makes getting around very easy. We provide FREE parking. You can also walk to many attractions.
Car rental agencies are nearby so you can pick up a vehicle when needed. We offer an assigned parking spot for your convenience.
Bikeshare (Biki) stations are conveniently located across the street from and at each corner close to the building.
Beginning October 27, 2025, the building will undergo an exterior renovation project (concrete repair and painting) lasting approximately 6–12 months. Work will occur Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, and guests should expect daytime noise, dust. The lanai doors will be locked so you cannot access them during the work. The Pool will be closed during the renovation project. We appreciate your understanding during this period.
Please note we are located in a central area with bars, restaurants and shopping nearby. You will hear urban noise.
Washers and dryers are located on each floor and operated using an ESD money card that the guest is responsible for loading.
Assigned Parking spot in basement - We recommend that you rent a small vehicle since the parking spot has a large pillar on one side which makes it difficult to park.

We had a great stay. Everything was great. We had no complaints.
The description of this property is spot on and we loved our stay. This is a former hotel, turned condo so it's small, but very nicely appointed with a fresh looking update. Has a city view with a glimpse of the ocean. Lanai is on the west side so it is hot late in the afternoon, but a great morning or after-sunset place to be. As others have stated it can be a bit noisy, but you're high up so normal street noise is not an issue. The loud bands quiet down around 10PM and maybe an occasional siren in the night or early mornings. Host supplied ear plugs but we didn't use them or need them. My one knock would be the lack of interior space to relax with only one comfortable chair, so a couple cannot both be comfortable and relaxed without using the bed as a seat. Location is fantastic with a very short walk to tons of restaurants and shopping and the beach 5 minutes away. There is also a great steak house right down stairs. If you're going to the PCC, the bus picks up right across the street.
This property was by far one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed in. The owner was very accommodating and communicated quickly! I suggest this place to anyone who plans on traveling to waikiki!
Great location, excellent communication with host, beach essentials included (umbrella, chairs, towels), AC works well. Can get a little loud at night even with noise machine but would recommend
Great city view from an upper floor apartment. Although you can look to the south from the balcony to see the ocean it is really a city view. The kitchen has been recently updated and has premium appliances so if you're trying to save some money you can definitely eat in easily. If shopping is your thing all the boutiques of Waikiki are just a few blocks away. It was also great to have parking included so you can get away from the crowds. The only drawback to the location is that there is a noisy bar with extremely loud music that goes until 10pm and then they turn the volume down a bit. Generally the noise of the street still makes it to the apartment so it would probably not suit light sleepers. That being said, we enjoyed our stay.
Great place for a couple. Right in the middle of Waikiki and walking distance to everything. Parking was free, which was awesome! Would stay again!
The unit is in a fantastic location, very short walks to anywhere you may want to go in downtown. The manager was very friendly and communicated with us a lot. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
My wife and I rented this apartment for our honeymoon, and have nothing but positives things to say about our experience! The check-in process was easy. Simply let the owner know when you've left the airport, and she'll meet you at the apartment by the time you get there to then give you a quick tour. The layout and amenities are exactly as displayed/explained in the listing. The view from the balcony is truly incredible. You have great views of the city, the mountains, and the ocean. The location is more than ideal as you're a 5 minute walk to Waikiki Beach, and, in our case, were easily able leave the city to explore different parts of the island. Lastly, the owner was really welcoming, and had no issues answering our questions, and making sure we had the best experience possible. Thank you Lia!!!
