Enjoy all that Waikiki has to offer! This colorful unit is perfect for small groups with a king bed, sofa bed, and full kitchen. Take in the ocean views from the couch or enjoy the fresh air on your private balcony. The building’s grounds offer guests tennis/basketball courts, a playground, coin-operated outdoor grilling area, a putting green and even a fitness area. There is also a small snack shop if you need a quick bite to eat. There are laundry facilities on each floor, a convenience store in the lobby, along with a great little coffee shop and Internet cafe all in Tower #1 on the ground floor.
Recreation Deck Amenities will be closed till further notice. This includes: Pool, Jacuzzi, Playground and BBQ's. Noisy Hours 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday! Restrooms and Sauna are still open.

Place was clean with nice views and great location and good bed. Good hot water and water pressure. Lots of counter and storage space. Front door sticks badly and unfortunately pool and rec areas were closed (which we knew in advance). Couch uncomfortable. Pretty well equipped kitchen. Things could use a little upgrade and air conditioner noisy. But generally everything went well and we enjoyed our stay!! Very nice to have a a parking space in Waikiki! Better directions to parking and getting . parking pass would have been appreciated
Ideal location to enjoy Waikīkī
location is good. the only thing I suggest the full size sofa bed need to be changed a new one. It's too old, dirty, and not comfortable to sleep on. well prepared for kitchen need.
This was perfect for us! Close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants and stores. Very clean! And when I had a question, they were very responsive!
Our daughter is doing an intern near Pearl Harbor, we found this on VRBO. It was perfect, close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. We did have a rental car for our excursions. Rental was clean and had a beautiful view!
Very nice ground floor unit. Not much of a view (parking lot). It was well stocked with little things in the kitchen that former guest had left behind. It was very convenient to have the grocery store across the street. I loved the location. Easy to get around the island if you have a car. The pool is a very nice and spread out. Bed was very comfortable.
The property management company was not responsive. Sofa bed was broken & they were notified immediately upon check in & it was never resolved. They considered the sofa bed an amenity and not necessary. A toaster is an amenity not a bed to sleep in. Horrible customer service. The pictures of the property are outdated. The view is 100% obstructed in the bedroom as the dresser is now in front of the window and the sofa is now in front of the balcony. The bar stools are now wood with no backs, the window in the bedroom is duct taped. There are broken tiles upon entry and the living room and bedroom floor is separating and lifting in spots. The curtains need to be washed as there are stains all over them. The living room chair is stained and needs a deep cleaning. The fan was coated in dust and needs a good vacuum. The outlets on either side of the bed were not working. The air conditioner is a wall unit in the living room on the floor and not sealed good. The air was not on upon arrival and a note on the back of the door stating that you were not allowed to keep the air on while gone or you'd be charged. The entry light was burned out. It's a great location but you need a management company that will keep up your property and be responsive. We booked your property as it had 2 beds and 1 was broken. Only 1 person could actually sleep in the room. I had to go sleep with my sister in the room she rented in the other tower.
We really enjoyed staying at this property. Exactly as advertised and fit our needs and expectations perfectly. A short walk to the beach and shops. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
The location was fantastic with great views. There were some nice extras with toys in the closet. My only concerns were that we were getting concerned about the access details as we were in transit when an answer came through. The elevators were under construction as well so at certain times it was a long ride. I would go back and use this apartment again in a heartbeat though.
Overall a good place to stay. Great location to everything and still a block away from the from the night life noise. Door to condo was not the easiest to ensure it was locked leaving us feeling not so secure of our belongings. Sliding door to bathroom needs repair. It is noisy and rubbed in the door jam, so woke each of us up when used at night. Air conditioner was super noisy when running. Otherwise a good stay for the cost.

The room was perfect!!! The view was out of this world! Some people posted the balcony needed to get cleaned up but it is and you can't control what the birds do during your stay lol. You are on the 38th floor!!! They didn't miss a beat, everything was provided. Towels for the bath and beach. Umbrella, body board etc. Kitchen has all the necessary utensils and appliances. Living room was perfect with the couch that had a bed pull out. We greatly enjoyed waking up in the morning and watching the sun rise off the balcony. Waikiki Beach right in front of you with the ocean for miles or Diamond Head toward the left view. Surround serenity. It was absolutely beautiful!!!! This room was sooo much better than having your typical hotel room especially for a 10 day stay. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful addition along with having the laundry right down the hall. Highly recommend as long as you can get past needing some fresh paint and some new stools. But who cares, your in Hawaii !!!!
We enjoyed the quiet comfort from the topmost floor. The other guests that would come and go were friendly and welcoming.

Clean, as advertised, comfortable, working appliances. Worked just fine. Wait for the elevators can be a bit painful but that's the host's fault, just something to be aware of.
The property and area were nicer than expected.
The view and the location are perfect for a Waikiki vacay! Walking distance to all the things or a 5min uber ride… The staff are all friendly and very attentive. I will be back! (No spices in the kitchen so bring your own if you are cooking)
Only a short walk to the beach (2 blocks) and all the shops and restaurants that Waikiki has to offer! Away from a lot of the nighttime Waikiki noise. Beautiful view from the top floor! Unit was clean, but could use some updates - it’s really a great value for the location. Very responsive to questions and fixing any issues.
